I was looking for fare from SFO to BKK and tlak to 4 diffrent agents, none of them couldnt find cheaper fare, than I found on Koreanair.com for $880.00. fare they advertised was like $760.00 and they quoted me from $920.00 to $1300.00 and offered me trip to Manila. Thought booking through a agent would be better as my husband and myself travel all the time. However our card was charged so many times by this company that the account was closed. Only partial seating was assigned and so we were left to fend for ourselves, open investigation the company has a F rating and not A rating by the BBB which should have been a sign right there. Happy to get on your side, to give in detail the information requester, and to get a quote. Very nice quote plus a discount, except in order to book the flight I need to call in. Here it is the surprise. I can not get the flight for the day that I requested , nor the agent can tel me if it is a one, two, non stop flight, nor can they give me any details about the flight. This website is out to mislead and waste people's time. Why would it show a price that is nowhere near the current price. The "good price" will convince the customer to call them with discount code but when you speak to the agent, they will tell you "oh that's when you book 6 months in advance" and when you reason with this stupid agents (thinking they even remotely understand what they're trying to tell you), you already lost the battle because you're beyond upset at that point… Read Full Review

Thanks for taking time and sharing your experience.
The advertised price of $729 is the fare during the low season and depends from the seat availability, what is mentioned in the disclaimer. Since December is the busiest month of the year in terms of travel and it's a high season, the airlines increase the prices and most of the cheaper seats are booked out in advance.
Unfortunately, this is a common situation, that the flights during high season are much more expensive, than expected and it results a frustrating impression for the customer.
Just give us a quick call at 888-585-2727 and I'm sure we can answer all your questions and find you much better-priced itinerary due to our consolidator contracts not available anywhere else!

“Fraudulent Company”

I contacted this organisation with the intention of booking a flight to New York, i was continously prompted to speak to a consultant , i spoke to a one Ms.Varnek, ID no. KB4199, The company is marketing Criuses to Bahmas cruises @$118 for two people, i negoiated for two other family members, the total price came to $239 that is for 4 people, they took out $966.78 from my credit card without my consent, please be careful of this company… Read Full Review

Thank you for taking time to write a review.
However, we do not market, advertise or sell cruises to the Bahamas or any other cruises. Moreover, we never had or have a travel consultant with the name you've stated (with ID KB4199) working in our company. Our agents don't have any IDs at all.

It must be a mistake here and you probably mean other company in your complaint.

Please, double check the name of the company you were booking cruises with.

“search for lowest airfare”

I was too naive to believe that a travel agent will give me the lowest airfare possible. Next time I should know better. Since a lot of sites online offer competitive rates, I will just do a flight search myself then book it myself. DIY! The travel agent didn't actually look for the best rate for me; instead, just matched the price I found on one website because the rate being quoted to me was higher -- but exactly the same itinerary. We believe, that the agent did look for the best rate for you. The number of possible airlines and flight combinations, which serve your route are limited (more or less, depending on departure and destination airports). In most of the cases our agents know the best possible flight combinations without any researches, just from their experience. Because of that you had the impression, that the agent just copied the flight which was found by your self. Looks like, you already have found the best and the cheapest flight option
The airline tickets prices always depend on seat availability for each particular flight. What probably happened in your case is that, when you checked the same flight in 2 days, the airline cleared more cheaper seats on that flight. That's why you were able to find even cheaper price for exactly the same itinerary. If you would get back to us with that cheaper itinerary, we would match that price also.
Also, there are a lot of situations, when the agent is very helpful – for complicated multi-city flights, open-jaw flights, when departure is on the same day, large groups travel, flying to smaller and not popular airports, arranging an overnight stop etc.

I agree. The complain customer is likely a frequent flyer know of airline rate can change anytime. Would they be happier if they find that the next day all charge higher rate instead of lower? Even, the use of future price prediction can fail...

ASAP Tickets is a total joke. A total waste of time. I should have listened to the other reviews, but that low price sucks you in. On the website, I put my exact travel dates in and was given a quote of $853. When I called, I was told that this price was not good for the dates I wanted to fly and they would email me a quote (gutless).
