“Absolute Disgrace Avoid”

Bought two Rhino Wugs a month ago - took payment immediately and still not arrived. I wish I had Googled reviews before I did it but it never occurred to me as they are a local company. E mailed complaint and they said that they had not arrived from Horseware yet - well don't sell something you don't have then. Now very worried indeed and will probably have to resort to Trading Standards. (read more)

“WARNING - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY”

Had a terrible experience of this company - ordered stable doors which were said to be in stock on their website - found out that the doors weren't yet made and would take roughly a month so I cancelled. Still waiting for my money back over a month later. They never answer the phone, it's an automated machine which sounds like it's based in the States and when someone does eventually answer you get palmed off. I have reported them to my credit card company and will be also reporting them... (read more)

After searching the internet for a particular colour for 4 coolers they had them available (& still do) on their website.Great,so I ordered them.Unfortunately saw the reviews afterwards !! After 2 weeks chased the order,by e mail as also an automated machine when u ring (conveniently).Promised the rugs would be with me asap.Waited 2 more weeks,chased again.2 of the 4 rugs eventually arrived & guess what Wrong colour !! Have demanded a refund.Will be writing to H&H,Hereford Trading standards... (read more)

It took 6 months of chasing them before the rugs arrived. When returned immediatedly due to not fitting correctly. I am still chasing a refund after 9 months. THIS COMPANY IS A CON. AVOID IT OR IT WILL COST YOU MONEY TIME AND STRESS> (read more)

I ordered 2 rugs in October 2011, they took nearly 2 months to deliver after being chased. Apparently 1:the supplier had delays 2: it's everybody's fault for ordering all at once so they can't cope. Cheap price but if you want your goods in a reasonable time avoid this lot! (read more)

I too have been waiting for a refund of nearly £200 since November 2010. I have reported them to Hereford Trading Standards. Am unlikely to see my money again, but why are they still allowed to be taking orders? This is theft! (read more)

They have gone bust - but their website appears to be still taking orders. Their Terms and Conditions state that they won't take payment until goods are ready to despatch but in my case they took the money whilst also saying that there would be a delay in getting my goods from the supplier. At that point they would have known that they were very unlikely to ever supply me the goods. Some would consider that to be simple theft? (read more)

I have to agree with the otehr reviews I placed an order March 2011 money taken and no order delivered. I have phoned and emailed soo many times no response and I will be looking at taken legal advice THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED!!!! (read more)

Do not use this site. I ordered a rug in December 2010, never got the rug and havent had a refund.Have tried contacting both compannies. Have had no replies from emails or phone calls,and I must of sent millions!!!!!!!!! (read more)

I would advise everyone not to use this company. I placed an order with them in the middle of November 2010. The goods had not arrived by the middle of January 2011 so I cancelled the order. Its now March and I am still waiting for confirmation that the order has been cancelled and my money refunded . The matter has been referred to Trading Standards. (read more)
