I had order a heavy scratch post , I missed the delivery And they had taken it to a post office 10 minutes again At first they didn't leave a card I only knew as I had a tracking number I called twice first to try and get it re delivered , was told no since the Pp courier had taken this to the post office I'd have to go there I went and they had no record of my scratch post so I had to go back round To call again , they gave me a number that would have been on the card I got my amazing dad to pick it up with the car thank goodness As it was so heavy there's no way I could have manage , Then two days later I got the card sent to me ,,, ha joke It's a shame we need these people

What a joke they are, could not even find my address even though ever other company can deliver on time. Parcel force driver could not even be bothered to ring, even though I wrote my mobile on the form, whats the point of taking it then. Asked the women on customer services, its an easy address even on the sat nav. To which the women replied our drives don't use sat nav. OMG, then the delivery driver was given a mapped he tried an second time. Still failed to delivery. In the end had to pick it up myself. So apparently what the point of calling yourself a delivery company if you can't read a map. Made a complaint no response, one big joke

I have had the same problem 2 days running now. My address is not difficult to find, I have even seen Parcelforce vans delivering in my area in the past. Twice they have said they have attempted delivery and left a card. Not here they haven't!! As it's the weekend you can't speak to a human being just an automated service (which I don't call a service). I will try phoning on Monday and see what happens if anything! As you say they are a complete joke!! I can't believe they don't use Sat Nav.

Highly recommend! Very pleased indeed! No one was home to accept delivery through my fault but I had immediate responses through emails which were all answered within 10 minutes, and I had the package rescheduled the next with no problems what so ever, very pleased indeed, one of the staff even offered to wait until after company hours for me to confirm the delivery address, extremely pleased, will use all the time now. I have used this service for around a year now and I have found them to be reliable, quick and very user friendly. For an ebay based business like mine they are ideal and I have never had a problem with them. You might be able to get a cheaper rate somewhere else but when the problems arise and they will you will find out the hard way that cheapest is not always the best.

customer service first class response to emails near instant even late at NIGHT, delivery companys are really GOOD, we use there city link service and have never had a problem at all not the cheapest but there is a good saying you get what you pay FOR. we have used others but cmp are by far the BEST. regards david WWW.PROJECT-GREEN-OVAL.CO.UK

I have been using Collectmyparcel.com for a few years now and there service has always been second to none combined with great value and plenty of services and superb customer support. I did try a few other online postage services but none of them were as simple to use as collectmyparcel.com and there was always a problem with the others for example Parceltogo.com were cheaper at first but when you enter the parcels dimensions it was soon apparent that the parcel had to be the size of a mouse to apply for the low postage rate and this is why i would choose collectmyparcel.com, £8.95 for a 30kg parcel, i dont think anyone can beat that. One more thing, their email response time to problems is very good, sometimes nearly instant. 5 stars from me. Orchard Classic Car Spares.

Excellent service, would recommend using it. The website is easy to use, you have the option of signing up for an account or not (which you can get discounts with), plus you don't need to print out any labels. Collection of the parcel was prompt and it arrived a day earlier than the 2-day service I paid for! Great value for money as it's one of the cheapest courier services around and it's very reliable at the same time.

“Booked a collection all because of it's 5 pounds cheaper then original DHLitnow.com website; waited all day long for the collection. At the end of the day nobody collected the parcel. They offer cheaper prices, but you get no collection. When reported the failure, they blamed DHL. I would never use them again! Pay couple of more pounds and book your collection directly from the courier.
+ They think answering customer mails quickly is good customer service. If you don't solve customer's problem, it becomes just a pointless chatting with customer.
+ When you tell them you were at home all day long. They answer back as "we'll never know." Maybe customer is lying? Of course... Good, and polite customer service as they called.”.

This website easily lived up to it's name and did exactly what it said, collectmyparcel.com. Easy website to navigate around for some one like me and I got a quote for a DHL service in minutes. Easy to book with the option of paying by PayPal which suited me as I'd received the funds through an eBay sale.
I got a confirmation e-mail through instantly, with optional labels to print out and links to track it via the website. The service was DHL 1-2 days but arrived there the next day, can't ask for better. Would recommend to anyone :-)
