Zyma has a very nice site maintenance area with a lot of free software, right up to big CMS site managers like Joomla and Wordpress, that install with just a click and a few setup questions. Then I requested Zyma to change my domain address from one to another, and they told me it will take less than 24 hours. I agree with you that they are professional, however, when they decide to close down your website(for any reason), they never tell you why they have closed it, and when you send them emails, they never reply to you.
Secondly, I was speaking from the point of view that why Zyma gives free accounts for one year, and they do not want to serve its customers or either to be honest with the customer and say we will not get as same features as other people who paid.
Now I lost my website after long time of development that I put in it, and they even refused to send it to me until I delete my native review.
