I had literally given up trying to find a local stockest who might still hold or obtain for me a few rolls of wallpaper to match a pattern last purchased by me several years ago.Checking, at random, various websites the pattern was still shown as available on the Inspire my Home site.I placed an order for just 4 rolls and paid by direct debit. About 10 days later I was advised the paper had been sourced but two rollsw ere damaged - did I want just the two? I accepted these which were delivered to my home 48 hrs later. I also received, just a day later, a refund in lieu of the other 2 rolls plus a pro-rata credit on the p&p. So, based on my experience, I cannot rate this firm highly enough.

We are a company called Access we ordered 28 rolls of wallpaper on the 6th May 2013, when placing the order we advised that we need the wallpaper on 13th May 2013 the very helpful customer service member said that should be no problem, this morning 3 boxs arrived 3 day early, (WHAT GREAT SERVICE) we be using them again and again, the prices are excellent also....RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Personally i have purchased from inspire my home several times, the wallpaper i ordered this time was out of stock with the manufacter and i knew that as i spoke to the manufacter, as i like to get a cheap deals the manufacter recommeded Inspire My Home, as there had the last lot from the manufacter, i called them as i required 7 Rolls, there only had 5 Rolls but the very helpful customer service adviser said she will try and source two rolls from a fellow company, but it will take a few day extra, i agreed to wait the time, there called me two days later and said its going to be 3 more days and offered me a 10% refund on my order, which was kind of them and was done straight away, taking into consideration there going out the the way to get these two, i received my 7 rolls and was very happy with the extra mile there went, So everyone can not be pleased but i am and many others, RECOMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Graham & Brown Wall Art from Inspire My Home as a gift as I couldn't find one in Paperchase (my normal Wall Art haunt!). They had lots to choose from but I ended up with a Floral picturesque scene. The only problem I have with Inspire My Home is I always want too much! They have a nice mix of modern accessories for the home and all at a decent price, they've also got a Basics range. All in all it's nice to have a store that's a bit different selling everything from wall art to gorgous hand bags and not huge prices like Monsoon but kinda sits inbetween.

I work for a small production company and we placed a large order to decorate one of our sets. I must say I was impressed with there customer services they were really helpful with the sizes and measurements of the items we required. Furthermore they ensured we were fully kept up to date on delivery and the wall art and vases were well packed and arrived safely. They also offered us a 10% discount off our invoice so all in all a fantastic service strongly recommended. Big thanks from the Liquid team!!

Living in Australia I first came across Inspire My Home via there Ebay store before discovering there wonderful website. The cost of wallpaper is significantly cheaper in the UK compared to prices over here unfortunatly not many companies offer to ship over here. I found this company's website gave a wide selection with pricing/delivery costs being extremely competitive. On the occasions I have contacted this company by both telephone and by email I have found their response to be courteous, helpful and efficient. I have used this company on two occasions within the last 2 months and I would recommend them to all prospective purchasers whether in or outside the UK.

I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to find replacement wallpaper by Laurance Lewelyn Bowen due to flood damage. Unfortunatly this paper is now discontinued but I was lucky enough to find 3 rolls from Inspire My Home in there clearance section. The best is I picked them up at £11.99 a roll which is a bargain and they arrived the next day, can't fault them they got me out of a pickle of what could've been a huge costly affair!

Ordered wallpaper for my living room before the bank holiday weekend. My delivery arrived on time and I saved £25 buying it online compared to grabbing them from B & Q. Really pleased!!

They were very prompt with updating me about my order and i received it in time for my decoration to take place.I was more than happy with the product and service that was provided by Inspire My Home. I ordered 2 different products from this company and the experiance of shopping with Inspire My Home was excellent i got prompt updates, delivery was on time, customer service was good. Would recommend this company to everyone, there prices are very good much cheaper then many other companies. So you always get some delays sometimes, but i was very happy with service..

I ordered several rolls of wallpaper, which arrived promptly as promised. I was kept updated all along the way with when to expect the delivery - to a one hour time slot and this all went seamlessly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family for a hassle free purchase.

I ordered these goods 3 days ago for my mother and was advised by immediate response, that they would take up to 7 working days to arrive. On day 2 I received confirmation that my mother's goods had been despatched and requested a text to my mobile to advise the date on which they would be delivered. This morning I received a text that the goods would be delivered between 9 and 10am today and promptly at 9:10 my mother accepted delivery. Both she and I were delighted with the service.

I'm always wary of writing a review based on a single experience, especially when others are leaving reviews that clash with your own however I've now placed with 3 orders with Inspire My Home and it only seems fair to pass on my thoughts. So far I can't fault them. The website is very clear and easy to use and the delivery's have arrived well packed on time. However, the bit that surprised me most was the fact that I recieved text updates for my deliveries. On all three occasions I was reminded when my delivery was due and then soon told the hour slot in which my delivery would be made. So from my perspective a really great business, shame that others have had less success, but on the whole I would recommend.

Spoke to customer services for help in matching a border with a wallpaper i already had. The ccustomer services advisor was very helpful. Ordered the item and was very pleased as it was an excellent match. Delivery time was brilliant got the item next day. Its up on the wall and looks brilliant.
