“I would not be using this company!!”

We order a couch that was £2000 it was meant to be delivered at 7 pm! Tried calling and calling to hear nothing then got a phone call at 1 o’clock in the morning saying my couch was up the street. We had to pay an extra 100 for delivery which was never mentions . And that man to jot help with this couch! I had to get my 14 year old son up to help get my couch in the house! Absolute nightmare never heard of anything like this! Also my mirrored bit is missing from my couch also and they have says it will be delivered. But now I can’t even get a message back from them! This was Friday last week so it’s been 6 days . They aren’t answering my message or responding in any sort of way! Absolutely crazy! I’m a business owner myself and I would never treat my customer like that!! Get a grip out yourself inspire my home!!!

“Left me with a broke bed and don't reply!”

This company is terrible would never ever use them! Waited 2 weeks for delivery after being told 2 different days! Bed was meant to be put together delivery man said they never do that so i paid more for nothing! The bed was then broke been trying to get in contact and they are just ignoring me when knowing I'm heavily pregnant! Took £700 of my money! DO NOT USE!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered and bought a mirror from them back in January, which I have never received. Never answered phone, rarely replied to emails or WhatsApp messages and when they did it was just with excuses. They’ve even blocked anyone from leaving messages on their Instagram page! Surprise!! Have reported them to Instagram and Action Fraud who are hopefully going to help get my money back. PLEASE!! I don’t want anyone else to go through what I’ve gone through.

“Do not use this company”

We ordered a table from this company on 11 June and were told it would be two weeks as it was a special order. After 2 weeks we chased by email and phone, getting nowhere. Eventually we got through and were told the table was no longer being produced and a refund was being processed. After another 2 weeks we chased again as the refund had not come through. On 19 July we were told there had been a "system error" and the refund was now being processed, but it could take 30 days to show on our credit card statement. We have chased again and had no response. Our solicitor will be dealing with the matter on Monday. I would strongly recommend that you steer clear of this company.

“Please be careful”

We ordered 2 rolls of lincrusta as website stated In Stock - well - after 2 weeks and no delivery we tried ringing and ringing and ringing - no reply for about a week and then we were lucky and, were given some confused reason why we had no lincrusta, it turned out that in wasn't in stock with inspire my home it was in stock at the manufacturer! lady said she would chase things up and get back to us by the end of the day, only she forgot to mention which day. Another week later and I sent an email letting them know I had been intouch with Citizens advice and that they told me to send an email and give 48 hrs for a reply. Within the hour we were refunded. I could never recommend this company and would go so far as to say do not even consider them. I only gave one star because you have to to leave feedback.

We ordered 10 rolls of wallpaper. Various excuses for delays and non delivery. Promised a refund which never arrived and only received after threatening legal action twice. Credit to the company where due - they eventually replied to emails but didn't answer the phone. Unless you can go in store and take products home simply DO NOT buy on line.

“totally dishonest”

ordered coving from them and after failing to deliver on three different dates over a 28 day period, spent 3 days trying to get in touch by phone to finally get through and to be told they would refund me in 5 working days only to find that after 8 working days no refund was forthcomming so tried to contact again by phone but to no avail so contacted credit card company to try and get my money back, so far they have credited me with my money but they are trying to get it back from inspiremyhomes bank. for gods sake dont use this company.

repeat do not use this company - constant ignoring of emails and phone calls, deliberate misinformation given over weeks and weeks. Ordered wall paper that they said could not be fulfilled as was out of stock yet same wall paper available to buy on their website at DOUBLE the price. Have reported to trading standards and will follow up.

“Be Warned”

Ordered 5 rolls of wallpaper at the beginning of May they never arrived. I managed to speak to someone (usually you get through to an answering machine & no one calls you back) & was told the parcel would be with my shortly. Had to speak to someone again & they said they had cancelled the order that was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund. I have informed my credit card company. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The may seem cheaper than others but you do not receive your goods or your refund.

Hi, luckily I received my refund yesterday. I told inspire my home I was getting in touch with my credit card provider which I did. Keep bombarding them with e mails and get the forms from your credit card provider or bank and fill them in. They really are a shocking Company.

“Not worth the risk now awaiting refund”

I ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper which i was charged for. I called to track the order and couldn't get through, it was a constant answering machine. I then decided (perhaps a little too late) to read the reviews and was so shocked that I have now cancelled my order and am awaiting a refund. I have been told it will take 3-5 working days to appear in my account so I shall be checking daily. Fingers crossed I receive it. Wish I had had the sense to read these review first.....!!!

“Rubbish Customer Service -Still waiting for my refund”

Ordered some wallpaper, very quick response to say they had received my order. Then nothing for a while; repeated emails from me asking where my wallpaper was - standard cheque is in the post response. Then finally after over a month received an email to say that they could not get matching batch number so they have cancelled my order and would provide a full refund. Several weeks later still no refund.

“Nothing was too much trouble”

I had literally given up trying to find a local stockest who might still hold or obtain for me a few rolls of wallpaper to match a pattern last purchased by me several years ago.Checking, at random, various websites the pattern was still shown as available on the Inspire my Home site.I placed an order for just 4 rolls and paid by direct debit. About 10 days later I was advised the paper had been sourced but two rollsw ere damaged - did I want just the two? I accepted these which were delivered to my home 48 hrs later. I also received, just a day later, a refund in lieu of the other 2 rolls plus a pro-rata credit on the p&p. So, based on my experience, I cannot rate this firm highly enough.

This firm found me a few rolls of wallpaper of a design I had been unable to source elsewhere. Other than a slight delay in letting me know what was happening with my order, they kept me fully advised by email and very promptly refunded part of the cost when I decided against purchasing one of the rolls which, they advised me, was slightly damaged. So overall I received an excellant service.

Personally i have purchased from inspire my home several times, the wallpaper i ordered this time was out of stock with the manufacter and i knew that as i spoke to the manufacter, as i like to get a cheap deals the manufacter recommeded Inspire My Home, as there had the last lot from the manufacter, i called them as i required 7 Rolls, there only had 5 Rolls but the very helpful customer service adviser said she will try and source two rolls from a fellow company, but it will take a few day extra, i agreed to wait the time, there called me two days later and said its going to be 3 more days and offered me a 10% refund on my order, which was kind of them and was done straight away, taking into consideration there going out the the way to get these two, i received my 7 rolls and was very happy with the extra mile there went, So everyone can not be pleased but i am and many others, RECOMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!
