I ordered a bed and mattress for next day delivery. Called WS as I hadn't received any confirmation. They gave me another date, to then be told by the delivery company (arrow XL) that they hadn't received the items. Long story short, in all I spent more than a few hours on the phone to the "customer services", to receive my mattress a week after placing the order and another week for my bed to arrive. “Buyers beware”

Ordered two bedroom chests for next day delivery 15 Dec finally arrived 5 Jan. when constructing drawer metal components failed due to poor quality of metal. “Lied about how much money they have taken from my card”

I ordered a mattress over the phone - the cost on the website was £358. The dis-interested salesman took the details of the order but didn't say how much he was debiting the card for so at the end I asked how much and he responded £369 (extra money was to cover delivery). I received no email confirmation so thought I would check my credit card only to find they have taken £443 I've immediately contacted them to cancel my order. They rang me. A table had been added to my order which they have now removed and refunded me for. The mattress was delivered a few days later so all in all I would rate them 3 stars. Although they messed up the order they did sort it out.......

I want to find out when my doors will be delivered but must have spent a total of 4 hours on hold to this company ( and that is probably an underestimate). I have been on hold for around 30 minutes every time I ring. I have not had responses to e- mail requests for them to contact me. So i decided on a Chesterfield Suite and Armchair, bough Sunday evening two weeks before Christmas from World stores company CASAFINA, the sofa is in stock and for next day delivery! But no, item didn't arrive, payment was taken and I emailed the company to be told it is out for delivery for Friday. I get rid of my current sofa and wait in all day...no sofa no armchair no contact! Product was good value through Cages World (World Stores) but arrived damaged, through no fault of theirs. However, they simply do not respond to online feedback forms completed or answer your phone calls, I rang and waited on hold for 15 minutes then they simply cut me off without ever answering! Before I made any purchase I was given an assurance by a manager that a certain pair of curtains matched the picture used to advertise them on the Worldstores website. This turned out to be untrue. I am horrified, never have I experienced such bad service from a store. I bought the Cuba Sofa bed specifically because it was "next day delivery", I needed it urgently for a surprise guest. The delivery was 4 days late but I wasn't notified even once. I tried to call the store multiple times at various times of the day but it said that they were always experiencing "high call volumes". Worldstores are the worst company i have ever dealt with. They have no customer service so complaints are not dealt with. After two missed deliveries for a mattress iphoned the carrier who said it had not been sent to them so I cancelled my order.
