I have dealt with this company on 2 occasions and both were shockingly poor. Customer service is ridiculous. I first ordered a cage for a new bird I was due to collect 2 days after the "Guaranteed delivery date", only to have to rush out urgently, taking time off work to get one from a pet store as it didn't arrive. charged me twice for one transaction, i spent £334. 99 with them and they charged me double and left me in so much trouble with the bank, (bank balance 0) in the red by a few hundred, no money left to cover direct debits, they should be closed down!!!! The drawers delivered are themselves very nice, appear of good quality, however, they were delivered without assembly instructions. I emailed the company several times, after trying to call and failing to get through, asking for them to be posted or emailed but got no reply. “Don't Buy From Here!”

What a furniture fiasco we had! Kept being fobbed off with lies and excuses, regarding our order. We ordered bedroom furniture and requested and they confirmed, next day delivery! I placed an order for 8 chairs that were reduced to £12.50 from about £80 they charged my credit card and after 2 weeks they had still not arrived. When I asked them what happened to my order they said the line had been discontinued so the will not honour it. “Avoid!! Avoid!! Wish I had! Total rip-off !”

Ordered some chairs from them, and then the nightmare began! Wish I had read these reviews first, save a lot of messing about and dealing with idiots. As with all the other reviews they gave email confirmation goods on the way that day, waited in all day and didn't arrive, rang them numerous times and just got told they would look into it. “Lovely bed at a cheap price”

Guessing you live southeast. They made all of us van drivers redundant. And shot there self's in the foot
They only have lorry's and can't get the drivers. Even when they had good drivers they still could not get it right. Unless company don't know there ass from there elbow

I can go one better!! they have left a lady with a learning disability with no bed now for over two weeks and she is currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor due to keep getting told delivery dates and it not coming sick company

I ordered a sofa from worldstores with a 4-6 week delivery time. After 6 weeks I received no contact from worldstores so contacted them to find out a delivery date. I was given a login to track delivery and informed I would get a phone call to arrange the delivery time plus another call an hour before delivery.
