Not very happy at all, ordered the bunk beds and paid extra for the special delivery as we had moved into a new property and needed them ASAP as my two young daughter (7&3) were sleeping on just there mattresses. I saw a Silentnight mattress that was advertised on bedstore.co.uk as next day delivery. This was ideal as we needed the matrress for the weekend. Everything about the whole transaction was excellent. I ordered the Savana Black Double Bedframe one day, and it was delivered the next morning! Good afternoon.
Thank you for your query.
I have contacted our supplier and they have confirmed that our measurements are correct, they are taken externally and and are from the widest point.
They advise that all sheds vary but it is usual to allow 75 mm either side for internal space. If the shed that you have ordered is unsuitable for your purposes, we can arrange to collect and replace this for you but there will be a charge of £40.00 as our information is correct.
So beware!!
If you buy a shed the widest part of it is the roof, not so good when you need internal space

It is my partner who wrote the above review, we were contacted by your customer services who said if we packaged up the delivered bed that a courier would collect it and drop off a new one with the instructions and futon that we had paid for. A courier has just turned up and tried to collect the bed with no new one. What's that all about??? And guess what. We can't get through to you again, waited 20 minutes and the phone cuts off. Sq00001678.supposedly I was meant to get a replacement today and they collecting the other bunk bed but the courier that came only wanted to collect the bunk bed and did not have my replacement? This was not agreed. I received a email last night to ask me to print off a returns slip? The night before collection was due again how many people have printers in there home. The furniture was going to France the next day so it was important everything was right but when the rest of the wardrobe came it was damaged by fork lift truck prongs. If your item was over £100 and you paid with a credit card ring your bank and advise them item has not received but you account has been debited Look on website saynoto0870 for an alternative telephone number. But I was kept waiting for over 3/4 hr and still had not talked to anyone. Hope ths helps

i ORDERED garden furniture on the 3/5 for delivery on the 10/5 - I took a dfay of work and sat and waited.....and waited. I can see that someone at Worldstore has responded to this to say that they will look into this and get in touch. Are you able to confirm if this has happened?
I was supposed to have a bed delivered on Friday, turned up at 5.15pm with only 2 of the boxes. Delivery drivers were useless and no help and havent been able to speak to anyone. I have now emailed Worldstore for a second time as I havent had a response to my first email. The Depot/Delivery website now says I signed for all 3 boxes when I haven't!
Does a bad review get you a response or is the comment from them below just an attempt to look better with nothing actually behind it?

Hi there - they did reply to 1 of my eamails to say they it was not their fault and the goods will arrive at a unspecified date - I told them this was unacceptable as I do not have any more holidays to waste and as they have renaged on thier part of the deal - I want my money back - I havnt heard anything since!! Just to let you know - Gardenworld phoned me today to say the carrier lost our items! I told them I wanted a full refund and they have agreed - it should be back on my card in the next 4-5 days - I am happy with this - so credit where credit due -lets see if it happens - I still have certain thoughts about all of this though

Don't go anywhere near these guys unless you have valium, a sense of humour and plenty of time and money to waste. There is no after sales support, you cannot call and talk to anyone, they only let you talk to a person if you are ordering! this is a major hindrance to resolving problems, customer services are very pleasant but nice words do not make up for paying for and repeatedly waiting in for goods that don't arrive. I ordered a bedside chest of drawers and a larger chest of drawers for the bedroom. They are both of very good quality, solid pine as stated. They came promptly with good communication from deliverers to allow us to request a date. I would recommend this company. (read more)

I would never go anywhere else. It is a brilliant service. I chose and bought some bedroom furniture and it was in my bedroom the next day. I didn't have to build it. The delivery men were also very good keeping me informed at all times. I came back the following week to buy some more. I haven't found anything I didn't like. I do however think it should be advertised more. I found it by searching. I have told my friends that this is the best place to shop. (read more)

So near but yet so far. My posting of negative comments on Twitter had miraculous results in that they contacted more or less straight away. We reached the point where someone would contact me last Friday to sort out the refund - this happened but when I asked for a breakdown they couldn't give me one so I asked them to get back to me with one and they have failed to do so as yet. Someone called [name removed] from this rubbish company is supposed to contact me today to see if I've got the refund - I am waiting for that call.
You know if you paid by credit or debit card you can ask your bank to get it back for you?

Having rung the agent that I ordered through today I have now found out that the reason I didn't get me refund is that world stores didn't let them know that I was due one - what a way of hanging on to your money. If I hadn't thought to ring the agents I wouldn't have been any the wiser. Still waiting but there is promise of it arriving today, I shall let you know.

Well I finally got the bulk of my money back from the agents I have to add and not World Stores. When I first started chasing this I was promised a compensatory payment of £59.97 as the bedroom furniture I ordered was discontinued. Thought I'd ring World Stores up to find out how to get this and surprise surprise according to Prachi all mention of this has disappeared from the records. Now I have been chasing my refund since 10 April and each time I've spoken to World Stores this payment has been mentioned as it's on my record. On Wednesday I spoke to a guy called Jason who assured me that once I had my refund back the £59.97 would be payed to me - wondered what will happen now - Prachi is supposed to call me back on Tuesday after she's spoken to her customer services (what a laugh) manager. I bought a bed with mattress on 2013-04-08; it was delivered on 2013-04-11. After opening the package I have realised that the bed frame was damaged, corners chipped, few parts broken and it was damaged before been packaged because broken pieces missing. The ordering and delivery were fine but when we came to build the wardrobe lots of the corners were crushed. The wardrobe doors do not sit flush either. I needed the wardrobe so didn't have time to send it back but I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. (read more)
