I ordered a mattress with a set delivery day of Thursday. Waited in all day, didn't turn up & no contact. Phoned and phoned, unable to get through to anyone, emailed, had an email back saying they would respond within 72 hours. On Monday had a text saying delivery between 8am and 6pm, waited in - no show. Same on Tuesday. On Wednesday woke up to find the mattress dumped outside the back door, it had been raining. ordered a bed, got a delivery date. Bed didn't come. Two days later still no bed. Tried to get through to customer services 7 times, 1 hour and 35 mins to finally get a person. When I got through I got cut off and even though I had given my contact info they did not get back to me. Tried again and got someone, apparently they do not phone people back as they can't make outgoing phone calls. Its so ridiculous and I was so stressed by the time I got through as well. I have dealt with this company on 2 occasions and both were shockingly poor. Customer service is ridiculous. I first ordered a cage for a new bird I was due to collect 2 days after the "Guaranteed delivery date", only to have to rush out urgently, taking time off work to get one from a pet store as it didn't arrive. charged me twice for one transaction, i spent £334. 99 with them and they charged me double and left me in so much trouble with the bank, (bank balance 0) in the red by a few hundred, no money left to cover direct debits, they should be closed down!!!! What a furniture fiasco we had! Kept being fobbed off with lies and excuses, regarding our order. We ordered bedroom furniture and requested and they confirmed, next day delivery! “Avoid!! Avoid!! Wish I had! Total rip-off !”

Ordered some chairs from them, and then the nightmare began! Wish I had read these reviews first, save a lot of messing about and dealing with idiots. As with all the other reviews they gave email confirmation goods on the way that day, waited in all day and didn't arrive, rang them numerous times and just got told they would look into it.
