ordered an item, they missed delivery appointment, leaving me waiting all day then tried to deliver on a completely separate day when I was at work and when I asked for an explanation I just got bad attitude and was dismissed and told to go and complain to trading standards if im not happy!. The World stores ordering and supply system is broken! My experience., to make sure that a WOFI floor lamp was available and could be delivered within a week, I telephoned the company to check it was an 'in stock' item which could satisfy my required timescale, this was confirmed and I was informed 5 lamps were in stock, therefore I placed and paid for my order. Having ordered at 9.29am on Thursday I eagerly anticipated my new chest of drawers on Friday. It didn't arrive. Ok I thought, it's the weekend now so it possibly won't arrive until Monday. “Lovely bed at a cheap price”

We ordered a divan bed with mattress despite the poor reviews. The poor reviews are mainly due to delivery and poor customer service. Decided to risk it as the bed costs half the price as a similar seen at a well known bed retailer. Guessing you live southeast. They made all of us van drivers redundant. And shot there self's in the foot
They only have lorry's and can't get the drivers. Even when they had good drivers they still could not get it right. Unless company don't know there ass from there elbow

I can go one better!! they have left a lady with a learning disability with no bed now for over two weeks and she is currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor due to keep getting told delivery dates and it not coming sick company

I ordered a sofa from worldstores with a 4-6 week delivery time. After 6 weeks I received no contact from worldstores so contacted them to find out a delivery date. I was given a login to track delivery and informed I would get a phone call to arrange the delivery time plus another call an hour before delivery. Poor customer service they don't care will have your money and drag there feet to send you what you ordered and when you ask they just repeat the words that they will look into it and actually not they are just copy and pasted messages and on there website it says next day delivery there is no such thing it's false advertising as your waiting days if not weeks and when you finally get your delivery on the way to you they try and mess it up again by cancelling your order if you're lucky enough… Read Full Review

Wish id look at this now. 5.30pm day before bed due text to say no bed was coming no reason. over 40 minutes to get through to be told 1-3 weeks delay.
