I ordered product which it said was in stock and paid postage for 3/5 days delivery, they sent confirmation email with tracking no order was placed 8/12/14 , Tracking says still awaiting dispatch , having emailed them , rang them emailed again. “Rubbish After-Sales Service”

Ordered a Kansas Executive chair which arrived (late) with box ripped open, delivery driver said it happened when he picked it up. All seemed complete, but signed for it as "Box Ripped". Only thing that appears to be missing is the assembly instructions, but hard to tell without a checklist! “Damaged bed base ”

I had a bed base dilivered which was so damaged ! Told the drivers to take it back, which they said I had to go through the company . The bed had been dragged on wet dirty concrete , so ripped the packaging and fabric of the edges of the base . “Very slow refunds”

Ordered an ottoman bed, paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Had lovely confirmation emails congratulating me of my purchase. I have had a lot of dealings with worldstores and every time something has gone wrong. I don`t know how many people they have at their customer services, I think it`s one or none at all. You cannot get in touch with them by phone and they never answer your e-mails, they give you 24 hours to complain about your problem, but by the time they get back in contact with you if ever, your 24 hours are up.
