They offer a great range of products, even some refurbished ones allowing to save a little on the most expensive items. Great place for professional and prosumer gear. Orderprocess was pure Amazon, the item arrived earlier than expected, very smooth ordering experience. Packing and shipping fees are reasonable. I spoke to CVP in Glasgow regarding DSLR Mics and received a detailed e mail about the pros and cons of each and possible alternatives which was a great help. That said I have yet to notice any difference using the product compared to the cameras in built mic. I have used CVP before and found them very helpful and good value too. I have also enquired to customer service about spare parts for an Arri stand but despite chasing have not heard anything back. So 5stars for Glasgow offices. (read more)
