Will be contacting OFT as lies about delivery time - said 5-15 minutes, took 12 hours following a complaint, supplied wrong code and Paypal found in his favour when I went to another supplier 'too quickly' but I needed the phone unlocked urgently. Would think the income he generates for Paypal is too precious for them to find against him. Beware. (read more)

if there was ) star option i would go for it. terrible service, i thought i would get unlock code but no, i received unlocking instructions by cable (could buy this service for 1/3 price) followed the instructions exactly but couldn't get past step 2 as an error message popped, tried to contact them, no reply, no refund. Don't touch them with a bargepole you'll lose your money. I wanted to unlock a Nokia N8 so paid £35 but instead of an unlock code they e-mailed a convoluted 4 step unlocking cable procedure. This entailed downloading an application and some driver software for USB connection. I followed the instructions exactly but couldn't get past step 2 as an error message popped so it wouldn't connect to the phone. Used these guys to unlock 2 phones through their website unlock interface. Both codes were returned within a 2 hour period by email and text message!
I followed the easy instructions they supplied and both phones are now unlocked to use on any network.
They may not be the cheapest available but they work, unlike some I have tried in the past. I would recommend the service to anyone looking for a safe and easy phone unlock.
