“Absolutely brilliant service”

Hi, I recently visited your store in tadley and was soo impressed I felt I had to write a review. I was after some cycling shoes for my time trial bike and a young chap with a slight limp recommended me some Shimano R191. After using these for a while I have recommended them to my friends. I was nervous about ordering a bike online, but given that I knew my frame size and have previously ridden a bike by the same manufacturer I was OK about sizing. The price from Pedalon was the best I could find anywhere on the web. Ordering was incredibly simple, and the expected delivery time was clear, and turned out to be very accurate. I couldn't find many reviews for this website, so after receiving good service from them I felt it only fair to let others know. My purchase was only low value, a pair of mountain bike lock-on grips, I purchased from them as they were the cheapest. Nevertheless the order was dispatched straight away, and when I received it the postage stamps on the packet were Thomas the Tank engine, you can't ask for more than that ! (read more)

Went in after poor customer service elsewhere.

Explained what i wanted, after answering numerous questions, they gave me 3 different bikes to try out and helped me understand the differences with comfort and fit etc. Then allowed me to take them out on the road, minor adjustments and gave me all the data/time to allow me to make my own mind up with no heavy sell. Nice friendly staff, and great coffee as well !!

One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long while ! (read more)
