I purchased a sure spa 2in november 2012, it was delivered within a week, leigh at Danz has been extremely helpful and concerned with our satisfaction , this is my second hot tub following a house move , and although the connection and usage of the tub is very new i am very impressed by the build quality, and the variations to the programming for what is a reasonably priced spa, it is not overly large but more than adequate for our needs . We ordered a spa back in October but did'nt want to take delivery until December when our garden would be ready. Danz were fantastic - they were more than happy to arrange delivery when it suited us best. The Hot Tub arrived a week before Christmas and we are thrilled with our purchase. It was very easy getting the tub delivered into position and we were able to fill the tub with water and add the chemicals with ease. This tub is Fantastic value for money. I bought a Sure 2 Spa in January 2012, for delivery in February 2012. I really needed it for my wife's birthday on 19th Feb, and although the 3 week delivery meant I wasn't actually entitled to recieve it before the 24th February, the team at DanZ were more than helpful... They arranged for it to be delivered on the 16th February, meaning I had time to arrange an electrician to hook it up prior to the birthday party. DanZ contacted me several times prior to delivery to confirm the exact time... (read more)

I am very pleased with my Danz Sunset Spa. This is my second hot tub. The last was a Dimension One, Arena (about three time the price). Having used both I feel the Danz tub is as good if not better based on the first 8 months of use. I have not had to call Danz out yet but with the Dimension One I had three call outs in as many years; and some were quite serious.

I have to say that Danz were slow on the delivery, but having spoken to Daniel on many occasions I am pleased that I stayed... (read more)

Went to my local showroom and they wanted £7,000 for a 4 seater! These guys are doing is for just over £2k. Its a great investment. The quality of this product is fantastic, I was expecting something far poorer for the price if I'm honest! (read more)

Danz Spa were simpy excellent - they helped throughout the delivery process, offerred advice over the phone and replaced a part as soon as I had problems with it... I would proactively recommend them to my friends and family ... particuarly as there after care service was fantastic! (read more)

We are delighted with our Sure Spa, it is probably one of the best buys we have made. The quality of the spa is excellent and although we had a few problems with our spa, Daniel and his customer service team endeavour to sort them out promptly. We wouldn't change our spa for the world. It turns cold winter nights into social occasions in the garden with friends or family.
