Having searched over the Internet for a specific Dolls house for my daughter, we were directed to PluckPoint. The dolls house was about £20 cheaper than on any other site, and the postage was reasonable too. The delivery stated 3-5 working days, but it took 7, however, we had received an email from them to apologise, and they did advise that the item would be a little late, so that was not a problem. The dolls house is lovely, and though it has taken me a full day to build it, the instructions were very clear. My only complaint is that, as the item is for my daughters Christmas, I was disappointed that there was a massive picture of what the box contained on the outside of the box, and would have been a disaster had my little girl been in when it was delivered, perhaps a little thought could go into packaging. All in all though, very satisfied customer.

Placed the order online & received an immediate e mail confirmation. Also received a number of emails letting me know when the item would be delivered and when it actually had been delivered. The item came very well packaged and protected. Great website, fanstastic prices and amazing customer service thanks.
