I will personally suggest not to go with them. One Customer support lady is there called Priya, She is good in technical and communication but they wont do any thing until you scold them. The Technical and marketing manager is Raj he will always say we are working on it. can not commit timing if you escalate. we left Unlimited GB and now we are with Rackspace. (read more)

We lost business because of screw-up by mail servers of UnlimitedGB. We used to face issues like: 1. I hosted my site in Unlimited GB on 19 of February 2013 and its 21 of February 2013 yet the site is down. If i call them they tell me that they are working on it. If you buy the service from them then its like jumping into a self dug hole. Avoid them. Just like their prices their service, customer understanding and updating information to customers and reliability is very cheap. (read more)

Think many times b4 you pick them. Don't select just because of the cheap price. Their services were down for more than 36 hours from 06 Feb 2013 01:30 PM to 07 Feb 2013 late night. Just three days later on 10th Feb again server went down in the second half of the day. It is not yet up till this time (12 Feb 2012 10:00 AM). After reading some reviews online I gave Unlimited GB a go with my latest website. I already have two running in the Netherlands and 2 in the USA. I cannot express how disappointed I was with the server speed Basic (USD40 per year for Cloudhosting). I user WP with roughly 40 posts/pages and loading frontend/backend is almost always over 20 seconds! Rediculous of course. I have been facing problems with unlimited gb all the time, at least once a month my site gets down and i am not able to login to cpanel. When i try to contact their support team , no one comes on chat even after 1 hour of wait and when i closed that chat and tried to re-connect again by selecting sales department instead of support i got connected with in a second. unlimitedgb India is not give the proper service to clients, the server is down after every week or month.. whenever we generate the ticket nobody hear the problem.
