Par contre, cet hôtel est déconseillé aux personnes ayant une mobilité réduite en raison de tous les escaliers qui conduisent aux chambres, à la piscine et au spa. I had trouble booking on the hotel website so called the number listed, which put me in touch with Hotel travel. The staff helped me so much booking 3 rooms that the website Wouldn't allow. Then later sorted out another issue with the reference number.

Booking response was good , I did it before reading reviews of other customers that have used your service . I am now a little concerned as most reviews were extremely unflattering . I hope not to have a similar experience of the 16 out of 17 bad reviews that I read .

Great hotel great staff great experience.. we had so much fun we were upgraded to an amazing room wellness room and it had private small pools which my little daughter had enjoyed. The pool is excellent and water temp is just right. Would love to go back again. Very highly recommended.they also gave us late checkout till 2 pm
