I have been a member of this site off and on since march 2018. I have to fight with them every time i turn around. Twice i signed up for a 1 month subscription for $29.95 and they charged me $74.95. I tried to contact them to get it changed and they never responded. I then had to contact my credit card company to dispute it. When i did Zoosk immediately blocked my account. This last time i tried to purchase some coins, which they make you do if you want to receive any messages, even though that is supposed to come with a paid subscription. I have a slow internet and the purchase didnt go thru and once again Zoosk blocked my account. I put a lot of time into my profile and photos. they didnt even contact me they just blocked it. My advice is to find another website other than Zoosk

This is the worst dating site for educated women. If you are a blue collar worker this might work for you but if you have higher than a BA you do not belong here. It is very expensive for what you get.

Bombarded with 'who has viewed you' every time you log in, and keep popping up even when deleted. Had problems getting onto the site , contacted CS and still waiting for it to be sorted!!! Several days unable to get on and now not even acknowledged the fault. Would I recommend this site? Not a chance! VERY DISAPOINTING and certainly not good value for money in my opinion.

This site is rubbish...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I don't even want to give them the 1 star. I would recommend Match.com over this **** show. I was 2 days into my month and emailed them for a refund and they email me back with how to edit my preferences (I know how to do that). I created my account with the age range and all my preferences and the recommendations the site gives me are people not in my local area they are hundreds of miles away. The selection of men are (oh wait there is none) lol. I wish the men would actually read what women are looking for, I am in my late 30's and men 50-60 are liking me and messaging me, no thanks. Oh and men will send you a heart or smiley face and you actually message them back and they give you one word answers, hey men a little advice if you like someone have a conversation or don't like them. I will NEVER recommend this website to ANYONE!!!!!!!

I been with this website for some time beginning (on/off). As the time when on prices got a lot higher. And if you want to find out if some one read your message (PAY EXTRA). And for other things, pay extra. (pay for coins) All these men want to met you! However, no one REALLY wants to met you. Yes, distance is one thing. But, when you get a guy always looking at your profile and then when your on the site and leave him a message. (nothing bad, simple stuff), you NEVER get to hear from him.(May be if I paid extra I know if he read my message?!) Gee, I really wonder if he saw my message at all? Something don't seem right here. Are these men on here for real?! Also when you go to add something to your profile, someone working for this site, takes it out. It happened to me! They call it "review your post/message." (for approval) They don't like what you wrote, out it is. How unAmerican this is. To me this site is a waste of money not only for me but, for the men really looking to met someone! And the women too!

I would NOT recommend this site to anyone! Most listings (over 50% are of persons no longer members. Contact with non members is not possible. The basic site offers no extras. Any additional benefits cost at least an additional 25% of the steep monthly fee. he basic age range is a very broad 15 years. Hello! I can think of no positive or unique benefits offered. Total waste of money and time. Most members, if real, are either too old or leave hundreds of miles away. Before being a premium member I was always bombarded with loads of messages purportedly from interested men but as soon as I started paying, it all changed! A few that I chatted suddenly disappeared or claimed they had family issues and vanished!! I would not recommend the site to anyone.

This sight is not free. The people who said that it is are lying through there teeth and should be ashamed of there selves.

There's no idea of knowing when someone was last online, so what's the point? I've got better things to do with my time than write messages to ghosts. The only thing I liked about this site was the ability to make a list of your specific likes and interests, the profiles are otherwise very limited compared to other dating sites. Search functionality is basic and everything about the site is geared towards getting you to part with your hard-earned, making it a pretty tedious experience all round. Lastly, they do not allow you to fully delete your profile (you can only deactivate it) and you can't remove your mobile number, you can only change it for another one which has to be validated. I really cannot for the life of me see how this site is as highly rated as it is.

Having previously tried Dating Direct, thought I would give Zoosk a go after seeing that they were rated number one in the U.K. Initially , I was very impressed, lots of local members who seemed to be looking for the same things I was. However, I soon discovered that the majority of the people I was trying to contact were fake profiles or non active members who couldn't read or reply to messages. Unlike DD, there is no indication of when anybody was last on the site apart from online now or some said recently which I guess meant the last 24 hours. I saw profiles of 2 women who are friends & they informed me that they hadn't used the site for 2 years yet appeared quite early in the search. When I queried this with customer service, rhey just said it was their policy not to show this. Also, if you want to know if people have read messages, you have to pay for "coins " which I worked out would cost more than a months subscription just to find this out for 20 messages ! I believe the majority of the people I messaged, weren't active & therefore couldn't read or reply even though some of them had random status's saying recently active. They also send you daily messages with "matches ", most of mine lived over 100 miles away ! I sent a further 5 e mails querying these points & they couldn't even be bothered to reply. Yes, some people may be lucky & find what they are looking for but in my opinion, it's a lottery trying to find out if the person you are contacting is either active or has used the site for months even years !!

Waste of time and money...site some how tells contacts you are interested in them when you haven't been on site for weeks. Ugliest bunch of men I have ever seen. Pictures obviously have not been previewed with guys lying in hospital bed with central line, a picture of just their nose and other various wastes. Also it doesn't matter if you have an age range either. Don't waste your time or money like I did!!!!

They made me waste my time and my money. They don't delete profiles from people that already left or that registered but never paid for this rubbish. I complained but they told me that people have the option for doing it and it's not their fault. To sum up, you waste a lot of time when you do a research, just loads of expired profiles, finally you get frustrated, bored and you give up. RUBBISH, they stolen my money and my time.

I agree with others here. Most of the ladies seem inactive, I could even see two photos of ladies that I know have actually died! But why should it cost money to both send and receive messages? So I can see lots of ladies but can't do anything about it as it costs a fortune and my money is better spent at a cafe trying to catch a ladies eye. Yeah it's easy to navigate but that's it.

I joined for free, decided that If I got any interest I would subscribe. After searching my local area, went from excitement to see so many nice women to suspicion when I started to get so many of them viewing me!! Done some internet research and found they were getting slated (try googling "Zoosk fake profiles") I noticed a girl I new, so I contacted her (not through Zoosk) She was horrified, as she had left years ago. So folks, you could well be paying good money to send her (and maybe 1,000's of other Men and Women) emails they will never receive, and you wonder why these people never reply?? I'm also getting bombarded with junk mail today, and I never give this email address out. Coincidence??

This site is a total rip off. So many fake profiles, as your membership runs out your perfect match seems to message you then you need to join again to read. But always a fake profile used to trick you into rejoining. Don't waste your time and money on this legalised robbery.
