I ordered from ukweddingshop.co.uk on 30th july 2012, On 2nd Aug 2012 i had an email from them saying awaiting shipment. I emailed them on 9th Aug 2012 and asked where is was due to it "awaiting shipment" i didnt think it would take so long to just stick it in the post! i had a reply saying expect delivery by the saturday, Saturday came... I placed an order in December which never arrived, I've been promised a refund 3 times which has never materialised. It is near on impossible to get in touch with them. At one point I managaed to get through to them on the phone and the staff member placed the receiver on the side and ignored me. The live chat service is touch and go and emails are never answered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are crooks!!!!!! (read more)

I ordered some Mr & Mrs rock sweets as favors for my wedding and after 10 days they had not been delivered but my bank account had been debited for them. I emailed them to chase them up but I did not get any reply so I called them and spoke to a lady on the phone who said the parcel was stuck within Royal Mail and she said she would despatch a second consignment as I hadn't received the first. I ordered some gold sparklers as favours for my wedding. They promptly sent silver ones. No worries, I though to myself, I resealed the parcel and put in straight back in the post, to the returns address. At the same time I sent a polite email letting them know that the items were on their way back and that I would like the correct gold sparklers to be sent out instead. No reply. I ordered an engraved pocket watch for my father on December 6th 2010.
They assured me that it would arrive before xmas, however as the date approached and after much chasing, nothing arrived.
They then strung me along for some time, eventually giving me a tracking number that I could get to work.
