“Easy to wear and keep ”

I bought this...gosh maybe 4 years ago? And I've only properly just started to wear them as I'm trying to grow out the Frankie Sandford cut. I washed them and they seem maybe a shade lighter but the quality are still super soft and frizz free. The ends seem thin but so do a lot of clip in extensions. I've never tried clip ins that do not have thin ends! They're easy to fit in and curl/straighten/blow dry too. Only negative really is the shade change after washing and the fact there are a few... I bought these extensions in the deluxe set and have been wearing them daily for 2 months. Initially it took approx 4 loreal professional hair toners to get the hair to the correct colour as they kept going grey. It really was a difficult task! The extensions were quite thin and stringy at the ends which meant I had to trim them myself to balance it out. Love them really good there very soft and natural they came in the right could the only thing I an fault is the thickness they need to be thicker to blend in with my hair but I do have thick hair and you really aren't paying much for them so its not a major problem. I bought the ultimate extention pack. Other hair extentions had never been thick enough and refuse to spend 200quid on proper hair from my wholesaler! seems id only wear them at weekends. i bought a set of 24 inch set ful head dble weft And was really dissapointed. the hair took 2 and half weeks to get to me i live in the us but iv ordered international before and never ever has it taken such a long time. the ends were thin the hair does not curl very good and there was not enough hair they r so stringy. and their customer service is bad too you email them and some questions are answered some are not. As a girl that loves to change her hair frequently I would definitely recommend Lush hair extensions!!! I brought a packet of double wefted full head extensions as I usually find that many sets of extensions aren't thick enough and you can see the difference between them and your natural hair. I brought these hair extensions in last October/November. I had realised I had ordered the wrong colour but it says they can be dyed so I thought thats no problem :) I got the delux 18" 140g. When they came they had lots of hair come off them I thought nothing of it. They felt good and thick as I come to dye them one shade darker, they went WHITE!!!! I received my set of lush hair for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and I love them! So thick and so so soft! They blend in beautifully with my hair and the clips grip to my hair so well - I have never had a problem with my extensions falling out and I basically wear them everyday! I have been warring hair extensions for years, however recently I have been finding it extremely difficult to find good quality hair at an affordable price. Amazing hair, really thick and good quality, wouldn't ever buy from anywhere else... all I can say is awful I feel like I've been ripped off spent 100 pound on ultimate deluxe limited edition meant to be 100% human hair?? Ordered the 24" Deluxe double weft full head in #4 dark brown. I was pleased with the thickness of the hair. The ends were not thin which was a plus cause I would not loose any length. The color was too light so I dyed them the same shade I dye my hair. When I went to rinse it out I noticed the color did not take. Im am a really hard working 19 year old student with no money, and for my birthday I saved up £60 to buy myself some new extentions, I came across LUSH and sent them several pictures of me so they could do their famous 'colour match' which they later replied and advised I go for color #60 as my hair is WHITE blonde. I had read through the reviews and was thinking twice about ordering these extensions but honestly some people just moan moan moan. These extensions are the best ones ive ever seen, I bought them on the Tuesday morning and they arrived the next day (with standard delivery), I opened them and although I knew they were going to be slightly darker than my own hair I got my hair dyed and they were perfect! Yes, I got double wefted and I cant literally fit them all in my head!
Mines have now been dyed and are still in amazing quality!
Would really recommendatory! But if you want thickness I would go for double wefted deluxe :) x

I've bought hair extensions from many companies before and some have been really good quality (I thought). I ordered the Ultimate set from Lush Hair last week and couldn't believe how thick they were! The quality compared to other hair extension that ive bought online, is probably the best and they look fab. Definitely would recommend these to a friends, I luv them x (read more)

I just received my lush hair extensions. The quality of them is really bad! I found a lot of white hairs in them!! The ends are thin, although I bought the deluxe set, the hair looks jold, coarse and the colour was dark blonde although I ordered medium brown. I have been wearing extensions for the past few years and I have to say that LUSH have to be the best so far! I bought a set of extensions in January which I wore nearly every weekend, and even when I had to dye them later on as I dyed my own hair, they were still soft and in fantastic condition! “Worst customer service ever”

If you are lucky enough to get a good product from them, count your blessings. Because if you have any kind of problem, expect the worst customer service you will ever know. And your hopes of getting a refund or replacement are non-existent. Trying to raise a complaint with them has been the most pointless and shocking process. Bought 20" full head set from LUSH on wednesday received them on the Friday and I must say I am very impressed I have bought a lot of hair extensions in the past and these are by far the best yet. I bought the 26" dark brown clip in hair extensions and they are one of the worst company I have dealt with... The hair arrived and obviously had to be taken out of the packaging to see if the colour matched, and they did. So they advertise that they only sell 100% human remy hair, however human hair does not singe the way they did when I styled them...the ends had burnt and had ruined my straighteners. #1 My hair is dark brown so I purchased darkest brown extensions... When I took them out of the package I thought for sure I must have gotten the wrong color because they were very light brown but the package said darkest brown.. Don't know where to start with this shocking company. I'm writing this for therapeutic reasons as they deleted by bad feedback off eBay! Ordered a full head in good faith as they had great feedback (wish I'd checked on here first!) yes i wish i read these comments before i brought these, mine have dried right out after dying although they say you can(wash style tong even dye just like your own hair) so in our opinion they havnt complied with the trades description act im just waiting for someone to come an give a 3rd opinion before i insist on a refund otherwise you can report them an if they have 3 reports they must stop trading because seems to me there taking money for a product that does not last.

Having fitted extensions for years, and purchased clip ins for longer, i found myself wanting some cheaper hair. I usually use foxylocks or additional lengths and the hair they provide is reasonably thick- better with the "deluxe" sets. I just received the lush "deluxe" set this morning and I would have laughed if i wasn't so upset- they are so flimsy, they look ridiculous! Ebay offer better clip ins for quarter of the price! I bought the delux set which don't come very cheap, the quality appeared good and really thick compared to other extensions I have had in the past. Just got my extentions yesterday and looveee them!!!! I have quite long hair and just wanted some extentions to add a bit of length and lots of volume but didn't want to spend a rediculous amount. I got the 20\" Deluxe set in bleach blonde which was about £60. My last set were headkandy and these are just as thick, softer and silkier in my opinion and cost like £30 less. Just received my set of Deluxe extensions - they are fab! Found out about Lush from Facebook after my friend recommended me to them. I got 10% off by liking them and they were already pretty cheap. They are so soft and THICK!!! I've always bought mine from Sally's and these are about 5 times the thickness. I would never recommend this product to anyone. It is a total waste of money. I had purchased the 24 inch deluxe double wefted hair extensions in natural black color .
At first I was excited to get my extensions but on opening it , it was a complete disaster, there were many white hairs and the worst part is that there are bunches of hair falling off from the weft.
I have been writing email to this site for returns but still all attempts are in vain. They do expect consumers to judge...

Over the years I have purchased hair extensions and most of my experiences have been pretty terrible! As I dye my hair platinum blonde I find most extensions tend to have hair quality similar to straw that break off as soon as my GHD's touch them. I have bought two packs off eBay which must have weighed about 20g max, basically rat's tails, not a good look at all!
So anyway, after trawling the web for some fairly cheap extensions from a hopefully legit company I found Lush Hair Extensions...
