“Impossible to find anything”

The links on the website seem to have been developed to confuse as many customers as possible. I was looking to buy a Panasonic Lumix GH3. A fairly expensive bit of kit, but the links kept sending me all over the place - even when thhe full descriptive name was entered into the search. The same thinhg happened when attempting to find anything using the usual search by manufacturee etc. A complete wast of my time - in the end I switched to a more reliable web site and made my purchase. ... I am the web designer for fotodeals, and we took (name removed) comments to heart. The "Browse Online Catalogue" feature now provides a listing by manufacturer of every product available, hopefully making it quick and easy to see if Fotodeals can provide the product you are looking for.

In this case, the Panasonic Lumix GH3 was not listed, hence he couldn't find, but I agree - it should be easy to find out.

If anyone else still has problems finding what they are looking for, or have any other suggestions, please let us know

I contacted Helen at Fotodeals on Friday before the August Bank Holiday weekend to see if she had in stock a very expensive Pentaz lens which I wanted to buy. She said she didn't have it in their warehouse, but would be able to order it straight away from Pentax if they had it in stock, and send it on to me immediately.
