I wasn't informed that the item was out of stock, and when I phoned a week later to find out what had happened to my order, was told it would be with me the next day Five days later the item hadn't arrived, and I phoned again, to be told that I hadn't been in and a neighbour had signed for it - I hadn't had a card through the door When I eventually got the package from the neighbour, it was addressed to the wrong house Even the manager I spoke to in the end to complain didn't manage to... I wasn't sure at first as I am always wary when ordering from a new supplier especially when their prices are much lower than everywhere else. However, I read some online reviews and went for it. 1. The delivery was excellent - the box of 50 suspension files arrived in undamaged condition just a couple of working days after I had placed the order. 2. The files that I ordered were genuine Rexel files; they were costly, but they are strong, with reinforced bottoms, so that they do not rip along the folds at the bottom. It is quite possible to buy a pack of 50 files for only £14, but you need to know that, even though they are described as 'heavyweight', they will be flimsy and just... (read more)

After an extensive search, Office Stationery had the keenest price I could find. My call to their Customer Service Dept answered my product query quickly, efficiently and without the normal lengthy wait for the phone call to be answered. “Punched pocket dividers”

Had struggled to find any dividers for A4 punched pockets at any of the usual stationery stores. Found them here and in the quantity I required. Delivery was quick and they're better than I thought as they're plastic throughout rather than card with plastic edges. A good buy. (read more)

Their prices are usually the cheapest around, and their stock line is excellent. It's possible to get free delivery by adding in some extra items, so I usually fill in an order with copier paper in order to get the delivery free. Items often arrive the next day, which is an added bonus. Excellent service (read more)

All was fine until the package arrived damaged. This was a box of 5 reams of copier paper and the flimsy box arrived badly damaged so all 5 ream packets were badly torn at their sides. As far as I can tell the paper is not damaged and I really don't have time to be sending it back for replacement. Shame, as everything else seemed slick. (read more)

Started with a bit of a hiccup because I didn't get an order acknowledgement due to misreading my email address. However, on contacting them everything kicked in at a pace, it was sorted promptly and [name removed] who phoned me could not have been nicer. I ordered 2 packs of 5 wirebound notebooks. What actually arrived was 2 packs of refill pad notebooks, which were not wirebound as advertised. I have therefore purchased 10 notebooks which are unsuitable for note-taking in a lecture theatre due the vertical page turning required. I certainly would not have ordered these notebooks if I had been correctly informed that they were not wirebound. (read more)

In summary I would use Office Stationary again and was impressed at the speed of delivery and the courtesy of the staff ember I spoke to on the telephone. However for the items I ordered, a little more packaging would have been better to protect the item. (more detail below if interested).
