ORDERED SOME EXTRA HIGH STRENGTH COLD LIVER OIL WHAT I GOT WAS REGULAR HIGH STRENGTH, SO HAVE TO WAIT FOR CHEMIST DIRECT TO POST ME A RETURN ENVELOPE SO I CAN POST BACK THE COD OIL, BEEN WAITING 3 DAYS NOW STILL NO RETURN ENVELOPE. IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE RUN OUT OF COD OIL, ITS ANY BODY'S GUESS WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THE CORRECT ITEM . MORAL OF THE STORY DO NT SHOP WITH CHEMIST DIRECT. CANT GET ORDERS RIGHT AND THEIR RETURN POLICY IS APPALLING (read more)

I suffer from ED and often am shy to visit the market for getting pills related to my problem. I make most of my buys for such products from Chemist Direct which respects your privacy when it comes to such matters. After over two weeks of failure to supply I started trying to make email contact with Chemist Direct. No response to my enquiries. I then wrote trying to cancel my order. No response but they immediately took my money - still no supply. Be very careful with this company. (read more)

“Totally disorganised people,willing to fob off and lie...”

Totally disorganised people,willing to fob off and lie to customers,one employee states one thing another states something else. Then to top it off the customer services manager tries the same thing, do not answer questions like "where is my order that I paid for 20 days ago". When they do answer they say......we can't trace it........its already been sent out but you will have to wait 15 days then we can claim on the post office and send out another order.......your name and address do not...
