I hired a car from Universal car rental in Torronto, Canada. The website price was grossly misleading and the price paid ended up being triple the quote. After using the car we left it in a car park for a couple fo hours. When we tried to start the car we found the battery was dead. The temp with windchill was - 22c and we realise we were in serious trouble. The car hire office failed to respond to our calls and there was no breakdown service number.
