Ordered South African rands delivered the following day just over 24 hours later. I was initially sceptical about pressing the order button but would order again without hesitation, I normally buy from the high street but will never do that again. Great service and great rate. Well done

I have to admit I was a little dubious having never order currency online before but Euros ordered 1.30pm Monday & arrived by 10am Tuesday - you can't ask for better than that. Better rate that the high street exchanges or banks.

Very nervous about ordering foreign exchange by internet for the first time. I always felt the small benefit compared with the High Street was not worth it for dollars & euros etc and I take sterling for more obscure currencies and change abroad for the best rate. But this time, the potential saving for Japanese Yen was £35-65 for £800 worth so the risk was attractive. I then chose travelfx as their reviews on this website seemed the best and despite the additional risk of not being able to use a debit or credit card. I placed my order on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived by special Royal Mail delivery at 8.15am on my "agreed" day (Friday). My only issue was in deciding when to ask for delivery, bearing in mind the website places great emphasis on the length of time it takes for some inter-bank transfers to arrive and that I would be unavailable for delivery on one day. The website asks customers to say when they want the funds by and I interpreted this as the latest possible date and expected a further input field to nominate a preferred date. There isn't another field so my date of Saturday was accepted. I simply rang the company and they were happy to bring this forward to Friday. In practice, transfers using my internet banking account take under 2 hours to arrive so I feel the date issue could be made clearer on the website. I would certainly use this company again BUT would always order well in advance of my travel date. I saved £65 compared with my usual High St supplier's rate and as the rate is fixed at time or order, I didn't lose out when the rate fell by time of delivery.

Was a bit concerned about ordering online but read the positive reviews and had an excellent experience. Emails kept me updated, currency arrived on time and in the mixed denominations requested, which they said they could not guarantee (as I understood) but they did arrive.Would definitely use them again and recommend them for the best rates around.

At first I was a bit worried about transferring my money to a company I don't know but I needn't have been the service was excellent and was kept informed all the way through, I ordered my USD on Thursday night and received them Saturday morning and got a lot better rate than the high street exchange shops. Used this online company 3 times for my Turkish Lira and never had any problems. I got the best rates going in the UK and money was always delivered within 72hrs.As long as you follow the easy steps they lay out in ordering money then you really shouldn't have any problems. Just remember it's always a slight gamble when using online currency firms because if they go bust like they have in the past you are pretty much buggered.

First time used Travelfx. Best rate for UAE. Ordered 8/10 in afternoon. Got email that evening with confirmation and how to pay-NOTE youve gotta do it via transfer, they dont do cheques or c/cards. Sent payment and it cleared on 9/10 as they emailed to say. Money was sent out 10/10 friday and we were luck and got it sat morning post. Would use again. TIP: Leave some days for your money to arrive. The company doesnt GUARANTEE next day delivery but does its best . I was 100% satisfied and my transaction was hassle free

Got the very best exchange rate any ware. Got an on line quote that I accepted, made a payment to them following the email prompts. Two hours later received an email confirming money had been received and currency had been posted.10.30am the following day, a knock at the door by the post man delivering my exchanged money. Brill

I have used Travel FX on a number of occasions and they have delivered every time. I ordered currency at 10.30pm on Wednesday 28/08/14 and it arrived at my door at 11.30am on Friday 30/08/14. I have been delighted with their performance and rates every time and would use no one else.

i have used TravelFX ltd 4 times now,i get a good rate and everything goes smoothly.i order one day,pay the next,allow them at least 2 days grace to get the order to me but usually i get email confirmation of payment straight away,followed the next day with an email saying it will be dispatched on time.i really cant fault the service i have received,in fact one time i had to change the day i was to receive the order and it was just the matter of an email to do it.will definately use them again.
