Really trouble free transaction, all went like clockwork, little concerned about transferring the money first but Travelfx kept me informed at all times by email as the transaction progressed. Currency arrived on time as promised. Excellent, would use again. (read more)

On the Friday before August bank holiday weekend, I realised I'd not bought any Euros and we were leaving early Wednesday, now only 1 working day away. Reviews suggested Travel FX were pretty reliable and their rates were at least as good as any I found elsewhere. I ordered 500£ in chinese Yuans. Money arrived in 3 working days, so the next day delivery on their website is a bit optimistic. Rate at 9.50 was quite good, but I later found out that cityforex.com (based in the City of London) had slightly better rates, 9.54 GBPCNY, and walk-in cashiers, so I think I would go to cityforex for their better rates and walk-in service in the future. TravelFx offer a fantastic service and a great exchange rate!!!
I ordered on Monday night, but once I had received the email the currency had been rounded to reflect bill denominations available, so I came out with a little less than I wanted (but cheaper in £s). I rang them the following day to have the amount increased so it would split 4 ways more easily and they were very helpful over the phone with no problems at all with my request.

Just bought £1k of Australian Dollars from www.travelfx.co.uk and found the service to be first rate. Delivered to my door today after ordering on yesterday - no more queues at the post office


And i couldnt find a better exchange rate anywhere else and i wount bother shopping around again.
