I've had my trolley for over two years and had to replace a front wheel as the bearing collapsed. To be fair I did over tighten it a common mistake I would think, saying that they replaced the part without a question.

I would say great service. I suppose it comes down to the owner how well you maintain and use your product. I would recommend this trolley. (read more)
