I applied for a loan which I thought was direct but after I failed their checks (after me ready giving my bank details) they said they had passed my details on to someone else who may help.. Since then I get daily txts from 247moneybox saying this is my balance and to ring them to clear my balance. I HAVE NEVER HAD A LOAN!! (read more)

Despite claiming "fast & efficiant service with fast payout" It took them 24 hours to check and verify my new application. They called my work twice and stated exactly who they were pretty embarrassing really, I then tried to cancell the loan as it had taken so long, I've had no response to any emails, when I'd spoken to them on the phone I was told I was committed to the loan as I'd already signed the agreement, I paid £20 for faster payment to receive the money "same day" they refused to... Avoid at all costs! I took out a loan, on the day it was due to be repaid I received a voicemail from 247moneybox informing me that they had been unable to collect the payment. They supplied me with their bank details so I duly paid them. The following day, upon checking my online account it was clear that they had in fact successfully collected payment, via my debit card. My loan was paid into the wrong account. I have not received this money. I have pointed this out and the response is that of a company who do not care. Took out loan then made redundant,phoned,emailed out lining my predicament..spoke to raj& ash and set up payment plan.This morning after my partner put some money into my account,hey presto they took the lot and then had the nerve to issue me with a deafault notice(£20)not as long as i draw breath will i use these again.Urge others not to. They have recently taken out my whole month salary without me authorizing it. I have never given them my consent to do so and tried to approach them. I have been advised to send them an email which I did but have not received anything back. NO I am unable to pay rent or buy food a they have taken out everything. I rang and asked if I could set up a payment plan as my wages were temporarily reduced for 2 months to which I was fobbed off for 2 weeks telling me to email (I never got a response) I emailed 5 times and rang every day for 2 weeks; I was assured that no money would be taken from my account on the due date as an arrangement would be put into place. My bank (Barclays) called them to ask them to return some money that they took (without my permission) from my bank account, but they wouldn't listen to my bank and said they only want to talk to me, but when they spoke to me they said that no account exists form me with money box so they cannot return my money (read more)

Even if I said i'm getting my payment at 21st of each month, they decided i will have to repay my loan at 19th day of next month, about 40+ days after request. I payd 20£ for quick payment, so it took 5 days till i get the loan requested... I didnt event need money anymore... And whhen I try to repay my loan, I just cant... We opted for the fast payment for £20. Total repayable in one month £131.20. In actual fact it's within 1 hour of approval and when questioned they admitted that this approval period is in fact indefinite.
