The actual work was average. You have to chase for the work to be complete, chase for the workman to turn up, etc etc... Called them a few months after concerning and they do not return your calls, promise to turn-up and they don't. I am not a fussy / awkward customer by no means. Just stick with someone else

It appears that those who are happy.... rarely post any review. So here goes....we have used Allbright for our office extension (windows and doors) and following that used them again 13 months latter for a new door and roof box light thingy at our home. Always good quality and installation, bearing in mind the nature of their work is outside and subject to the weather...we found them straight forward and easy to work with. If we had any doubts we would not have asked them back for the next job...can't say any fairer than that. Would we use them again...YES Would we recommend them...YES We have fallen foul to some outright cowboys in the past and rarely praise without due cause.

I had treble glazing fitted in my bedroom windows for noise reduction it din,t work Albright refused point blank to come and inspect the windows and were quite offencive on the phone when I asked them to fix the problem,also the took the old units away without my permission police investigation pending they are the worst company in the world ,customer service what a joke
