Great hassel free service, relatively zero wait time for pick up and drop off at the airport. Services were explained clearly. Car was clean and exactly what we booked. Thanks Omega Queenstown - would definately recommend. (read more)

“Totally ripped off. Not advised of $30 airport drop...”

Totally ripped off. Not advised of $30 airport drop off charge despite having booked through their website and the contract stating drop-off was at the airport.
Charged $250 for a minor scratch that was already there when we picked up the car. Staff were unhelpful at time of pick up and when we disputed the charge.
We'll never use them again and advise everyone else not to. (read more)
