Follow up about delivery. The product itself is fantastic. Precision machined and very well presented. It fit the bike perfectly and first ride out went well with no problems. Product arrived exactly as expected. There was a hold up on dispatch as the product was out of stock, but once the item has been shipped it arrived from Korea fairly swiftly. The whole process took a couple of weeks. If I had been in a rush to receive the merchandise I probably would have been happy to pay a little more to get the bags from a retailer in the UK (with a much shorter delivery time), but as it was, I paid a competitive price. I thought this was a UK based store - there was a Union Jack flag on the frontpage and a statement that shipment within the UK was free of charge. Upon confirmation of my purchase order I realized that it was an Asian based store and, hence, my order would be liable to EU import customs and taxes. Hi, At least I found what I needed, a Cateye Nylon Tie Bracket p/n 160-2980. Good: 1) Relatively easy to navigate 2) Well laid out web pages 3) Good, friendly & helpful customer service 4) Allows Paypal payment Bad: 1) stock level not known at checkout. Had to call & check to realise not enough stock to fulfill order. 2) Pricing is not cheap 3) Shipping cost a bit high but at least it has tracking option. (read more)

Great little tool, nice and compact, plus it comes with a reasonable chain splitter tool. To be honest it was the chain splitter tool that I bought this for - I always try and carry one of these, plus a few spare links and a PowerLink in case of a chain failure. As with all Crank Brothers kit, this tool is compact and well made - shame it doesn't come with a case like the bigger M19. (read more)

I liked the idea of the optical cycle lane, and ordered a pair of the lights to find out if they lived up to it. First impressions good. Nice touch, providing the teeny weeny screwdriver... I do like the laser tramlines. To be honest the LED part of the light is less important - I already ride with several rear lights, but another one can't hurt! The laser part is brilliant. Two bright,clear tramlines by the sides of me. I think that car drivers are checking out the wierd extra lights.... (read more)

Considering i live in London and my item landed by air mail at London Heathrow, i think only Royal Mail were the only weak link in the delivery chain. Item was exactly as it was described. I must admit that I felt maybe a little mislead at first as the large Union Flag on the home page lead me to believe that Bicycle Hero were a UK company. This purchase will save me Quite a lot of money as spare sprockets for the Shimano Xt cassette are not available in the UK.I will be recommending to my cycling freinds that they use Bicycle Hero to obtain these spares rather than a complete cassette.Many riders do not realise that whilst the 11t and 13t sprockets are subjected to considerable wear the rest of the sprockets remain in relatively good condition. Bought two Dahon carry on covers. These arrived inside a week and do exactly what they are supposed to do. I used mine the day it arrived. Folded my Oyama Rockaway and followed the instructions supplied. The straps are easily long enough to ensure a firm grip on the folded frame and the cover itself covers the bike even with a fullsize rear pannier rack and rackpack fitted.
