The HT-X720GT/XEU Home Theatre Kit was good for 7 months and then the trouble started. The unit froze when it was switched on. I was told by Samsung to take it to DBS Service Centre where they replaced the DVD loader. It worked great for seven days and then started freezing again, so I took it back to DBS. Before I got home DBS rang to say they couldn't find anything wrong with the unit and an engineer would bring it back the next day. The next day as soon as he switched it on the unit... (read more)
