We travel from Norwich, Norfolk EVERY week to eat here. We eat in the restaurant and what fantastic quality AND quantity !!!it is.
We always have the localy caught fresh cod - where else can you get LARGE cod ( or Haddock ) with chips and mushy peas with bread and butter and a mug of tea or coffee for the grand price of £6.70p YES!!! SIX POUNDS SEVENTY PENCE, the portion size is huge , the staff are polite , bright and friendly. The food is absolutly out of this world. Prices start from... (read more)

We couldn't agree more with your findings, it is the best fish n chips in Suffolk for sure, and you couldn't ask more from the staff....

I recently went there with my ageing father and found the staff had changed, very disappointing , we won't be returning the tables were dirty and sticky and the waitress was sharp and moody , the food tasted just as good but there was no friendly welcome or friendly chat like there used to be
