Needed new front wheels for Bugaboo Cameleon, Lesters had best price and free postage so ordered 6.30pm Weds, I had a personal email same evening confirming would be dispatched following day for friday delivery, delivered friday morning so delighted and could not have been faster or better. I had never heard of Lesters Nursery World before. I knew that I wanted a Maclaren Quest Sport buggy and shopped around on the internet for good prices. I found that Lesters had the most competitive prices on the model I wanted which enticed me in. They also had a great variety of different designs of the buggy I was interested in, so I ordered it. I ordered the Stokke High Chair in white and baby set in purple for my daughter. The delivery was very quick, the items were dispatched within 24 hours. I also ordered a nursing pillow, which unfortunately was not included with the parcle that arrived. I contacted Lesters Nursery World and they were very professional and apologised and with no questions asked arranged for a next day morning delivery -Great customer service! I had never heard of this company before, but their price was very appealling. The item description was missing a couple of key selling points and there wasn't a picture either to refer to. So I rung them up to clarify, and to discover the item I wanted wasn't actually in stock. They offered to order it in for me direct from the supplier, then to ship it out me (estimated at 2 weeks). Having not heard of this company before I trawled Google for reviews, which were mainly really good. I placed my order for two Britax Kidfix mid-afternoon and they arrived in less than 24 hours - absolutely fantastic! Very competitively priced items and free delivery due to total spend.

Good prices. I emailed and also called the store with questions and received responses straight away (even though it was a public holiday. All items in my order were in stock as advertised. The day after placing the order I was sent a tracking number from Parcelforce. The item arrived within a couple of days. Very pleased with their service. (read more)
