Been using these guys for 5 years with no problems. The Katun is just as good as the really expensive stuff. Service is Easy and quick. But I would like a note saying if the order is incomplete rather having to guess if it is coming.....

So far so good - easy to order and quick and efficient delivery. Cartridges not used yet so can't comment on print quality till they are used.

Offer on Xerox 8560 ink was good and the M&S voucher enticing, but delivery became confused. I specifically listed the delivery address as different to the billing address, but the package was sent to the latter. It was received on second delivery, but only because DPD were lucky to find us in. Contacting DPD via their automated phone system is a nightmare. A more personal customer friendly service is needed. BTW, still awaiting the M&S voucher
