“Buying through MSG saved my bacon”

With bad credit in the past haunting me but doing well now, I needed a car ASAP and a decent one at that. Turned down by everyone that said they could help I found MSG and Paul who was a great help and his advice on the cars I looked and their value was vital. He is a good bloke and I recommend these guys 100% I have my good car and am very happy with how MSG and Paul supported me....

“Nice work”

Having had a bit of a rough ride work wise over the last 18mths but now getting back on my feet I had resided myself to being stuck with a car I didn't like driving, then I came across MSG. To my complete shock I was accepted for finance, and have just picked up something that will put a smile on my face every time I drive it. Ok so the finance isn't cheap, but it isn't extortionate either and not unexpected given my credit history. The important thing for me is that it has allowed me not to resent...

“MSG car finance”

Well recommended if you have adverse credit history, had tried a few companies but declined by all. MSG found me a lender called moneybarn who you can also apply with directly. You can choose almost any car you like aslong as they fall within specific requirements set by them such as age, price and mileage. You do need to have a good deposit to put towards the car but be careful as MSG charge you a whopping £200 ontop of your deposit for the privilege of using there services and when giving you...

“Fantastic Service”

The service that I received from Paul at MSG was absolutely first class. Again, having been refused elsewhere Paul talked me through the service and I picked my 4x4 up 3 days later. I have to say that Paul's customer service skills are excellent. A follow up call was made the day after I picked up my car to check that the service and car was ok. i had been turned down everywhere else msg had faith in me and kept me up to date with the progress they provided me with the finance package they were on the phone to me every day to tell me the progress from start to finish was 3days picked my 4x4 up yesterday 8/2/12 and even got a follow up call the next day to see if i was happy with the service i`m well pleased with the service i recieved once again many thanks msg i would not hesitate in recommending you to friends family etc many thanks roger...

“Car sorted in 48 hours only”

I had top service from the staff at MSG and cant fault a thing. I had been turned down as i had some CCJ's from years ago and applied to MSG for this reason. The application was Approved straight away and Hilda was my contact all the way through. All i had to do was pick my car and Hilda sent me my docs to email back - simple. “Got bad credit history? Expect bad service.”

MSG got me the credit that I needed, but there was a lot of missing emails, no attention to detail and general lack of communication. I had my own issues to sort to satisfy the lenders (who, by the way you can deal directly with - MoneyBarn) but the guys at MSG towards the end really let themselves down. Even communication between MoneyBarn and MSG was distorted and MoneyBarn did take exception to this. The guys fully admit that the service towards completion was lousy and did refund me my fee,...

Apologies Andrew but we are obviously going to disagree by your hurtful comments. From the start of your contact with us we advised you that you required a full UK drivers licence and you said that this was the case. When it turned out that you didn't have a valid licence you were delayed while the DVLA changed your details etc. There was also some issues with your ability to scan or fax your contract so hence additional delays occured when you had to drop them off by hand. By admission the consultant who dealt with your case was in his first week and so missed the fact that you had signed the agreement with the wrong date so we hold our hands up for this slight delay with having to get you to resign you agreement. Also the issue that your type of case takes a minimum of 24 hours to be sent through to payouts was missed and we take full responsibility for you having a 24 hour delay. We dont agree with your opinion that this relates to you having a lower credit rating and 'having to deal with companies like this'. I think our other reviews on Freeindex show the true nature of our service and we will let others make up there minds based on our reply.

I had been turned down for car credit by a couple of companies. Just as i was about to give up i found MSG cars and after reading reviews on webistes i decided to give it one more try. A couple of days later i recieved a call from Paul Smith and we got the ball rolling. The service i received from him was exeptional and i would definately recommend them. In under two weeks from my first contact i have my new car. The only downside is that there is a fee of £200 but this is only payable...

I got turned down from two finance companies for a new car and then I came across MSG Cars on Google. They were really nice and helpful and didn't judge me or anything. I spoke to Hilda and she dealt with my application which didn't take long and I only had to send a few bits of paperwork in, pay slips etc. It was less than two weeks from my initial phone call and I was driving round in my new Clio. I'm dead happy and I've recommended them to loads of people....

“I contacted MSG Cars as i had been struggling to get...”

I contacted MSG Cars as i had been struggling to get approved for car finance due to having been late on some credit card payments earlier this year. The other companies i approached all turned me down and didn't want to offer any further help. I found MSG on google and they got me approved on a Mini Cooper S for within my budget and the car was delivered the next week. I only had to send them my payslips and id and that was it. Im so happy someone would help and that i would recommend them to anyone...
