“Do Cycle Cube exist?”

To good to be true. After weeks of searching for a product i finally came across this site and placed my order. After receiving no e mail confirming my purchase i decided to give them a ring. Surprise surprise the phone number provided on their site does not exist so i decided to e mail them. I still have had no reply! While checking my order on the site which was confirmed by order received i came across a section where you can track your order. Since the site states 3 to 5 days it should be somewhere in the UK but unfortunately there is no number provided!! If this company does exist they are doing their best to put people off using them! Hopefully i can get my money back? Never again!!

“Very poor service”

Ordered a groupset for my bike. Cranks came mixed, one XT, one SLX. It took MONTHS till they replaced the wrong part. I spent a lot of time emailing them and phoning them and were totally irresponsive. I even went to their "shop" in London (from OXford) to see what's was wrong after a few months of having nothing as an answer. That was not a proper shop and I found the staff working there not very knowledgeable about bikes. Never will use them again. My worst experience ever buying on line. This was in 2011.

No response to e-mails when orders placed and not delivered. This is not a supplier to be trusted, in fact, looking at the reviews they seem to supply little or nothing... Don't go anywhere near them, there are many other reliable options.

“rubbish”

Placed an order for a Truvativ ruktion crank a week ago the item has still not been dispatched and I am unable to contact them the phone number does not exist and they do not reply to emails I am now having to go to my credit card company to try and get my money back. Obviously this company is run by little more than a trained chimp [sorry to insult chimps like that]. Scott

“not a shop at all”

Cyclecube are not a shop at all. I live near west drayton so paid them a visit as their site says 'you can collect them from our store in West London, where you will be helped by trained, expert staff. We also operate a professional workshop from these premises for all your maintenance needs.' its a crappy flat over a charity or healthcare type premises. Not a store at all. DONT EVEN CONTEMPLATE BUYING FROM THEM

“No customer service, don't waste your time”

I ordered a SLX Groupset, nearly 300 quid, because it was around 20 cheaper than the other sites. The items were delivered very soon, in around one week, so it was lovely so far. The problem was that the chain set was wrong: one crank arm was from SLX and the other one from Deore XT. So I emailed them and they asked me to post the wrong crank arm back, so I did. The right SLX crank arm was supposed to arrive shortly. And I'm still waiting. It's now more than two months!!! And I still with all the parts fitted and my bike with no left crank arm. Annoying. I think is not difficult to find a SLX crank arm, there is plenty of those out there, so that's not the problem. The worst thing is that they don't reply my emails anymore. No customer service. I don't know what to do. I was reading the other reviews so I think I'm not the only one with this kind of problems. Avoid it.

“Do NOT risk it. Why bother? Very poor service,...”

Ordered the above product, has not been delivered at all, probably not posted either. Tried to contact the seller on different emails you can find for them on the net, never replied a single time. Leaving voicemail doesn't help either. Originaly called before placing an order as their SUMMER5 discount code of 5% off wouldn't work, I was promissed immediate refund after placing the order. Nothing of course came out of it! Managed then to speak to an man, some children in the backround. Sounded 1 man business, genuine but DO AVOID, please. Do not risk as you can pay a couple of quid more on amazon for your goods and get free returns, full customer service.

“Found they were selling Kryptonite Stronghold anchor...”

Found they were selling Kryptonite Stronghold anchor for £35, in Evans this was £60 so too good a deal to pass up. Free delivery was offered if you spent £50, otherwise its a fiver which is quite steep. I needed some bits and bobs so to make up the £15 i bought some inner tubes and a can of the Finish Line degreaser which is £12. I placed the order in January but about 2 weeks later I received a note from a courier saying they had tried to deliver. I rearranged for them to come and they didn't turn up, and then further tries to contact them were unsuccessful. I then emailed cyclecube and had no response, i then called and for a week only got an answer machine on which i left my details but never got a call back. Eventually i managed to get through to someone and told him the situation and he said they had problems with the couriers and they would reorganise delivery which to give them their due, then happened within a couple of days. But then, the degreaser was missing from my order. 4 months later, numerous calls and promises from their staff and I still have yet to receive the degreaser which is totally unacceptable in this day and age of internet retailers. I think they have just the one store near heathrow, but their website looks like they have pretentions to challenge the likes of wiggle and chainreaction, but they will not get anywhere with service like that I received. Since the posting of this review, thankfully I have been contacted by someone from Cyclecube who has refunded my for the missing degreaser

“Brought a pair of shoes on 28th March, that was too...”

Brought a pair of shoes on 28th March, that was too small, emailed Cycle Cube, and got an answer back very quickly how to send them back etc. So I sent them back via Royal Mail. Week later (as i didn't hear anything from them) looked the the Royal Mail tracker and it said the parcel was tried to be delivered and they out. and was waiting to be collected. So I emailed Cycle Cube, telling them that the parcel hasn't been collected, Check the tracker the next day and the parcel had been picked up, but no email from Cycle Cube to confirm this. I have tried to email/phone them, but I get no response from them. I am still waiting for the shoes over a month ago! I checked the item was in stock via the website so that shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't mind if they just emailed me back...but I haven't heard a word from them.

Very disappointed with the purchase of; shimano cycling shoes are mtb tyres. The items were delivered separately and on different days although the receipt started otherwise....The items took 8 calendar days to arrive and unfortunately the shoes were too small. Two weeks after placing the order I still waiting for a goods return instruction to swop the shoes for the right size! Emails and telephone calls go unanswered......suggest you go somewhere else until you're happy to wait! mw

This customer is quite right, the delay in recieving his order after he placed it is unacceptable. The courier company took the order from us and simply hung onto them, we are not happy with the service we have provided and are currently looking to replace our free delivery service with a better provider.
