i bought a kHs 300 about 6 months ago. I upgrade the crankset, bottom bracket, and wheels. i have velocity rims with continental gatorskins tires, 700 x25. i also changed the handle to convert the bike into a fitness bike. this is the best bike for fitness you could get.

I got this bike a couple of weeks ago from Fine Fettle Cycles in Barwick-in-Elmet near Leeds. It is a stunning looking bike with white paintwork, carbon forks, carbon seatpost and lightweight profiled wheels with sealed bearings. The compact chainset has a wide range of gears for spinning up the climbs and racing down the descents and Shimano STI gear shfters (integral with the brakes) means no groping around on the downtube to change gears. Awesome VFM for only £550.

I'd read about the KHS bikes on Road cc, & been looking around for good road bike in the Sub £600 price bracket, white is the new black & I wanted something a little different from the usual brands, add in the carbon fork & seatpost I just couldn't find anythingelse I liked at this price and spec.
The Review by road cc
"Back at the sub-£1000 end of the road bike market, the double-butted alloy Flite 300 keeps its £549.99 price tag from 2010. Fitted with Shimano 2300 components and carbon fork blades and seatpost, it's one of the most attractive setups in its category in terms of value for money"
I could not put the bike better myself, except that the service I got from Pedal Power, was 1'st rate & my new KHS is worth every penny !
