Asked for advice regarding a fault with my talking watch on 8 May 2015. Received an auto response saying they were receiving a lot of emails so it would take up to 3 days to respond (attached a £5 gift voucher for use with a future Easylife purchase - I don't think so!!). I emailed again on 20 May 2015 - AND AGAIN ON 8 June 2015. Received exactly the same useless response (plus voucher) again. “Broken promise again and again”

I placed and order for leather slippers on 29th December. They finally arrived at the beginning of February. They were so hard I could not wear them so returned them on 11th February. Phoned in the first week in March chase my refund. After holding for 5 minutes for customer service, it transpired that it had not been actioned and I was told I would have it within 4 days. “Failed delivery”

I ordered an umberella with 1 Free on 7/2/15 together with a patio cleaner. They took payment on 17-2-15 and delivered the pation cleaner on 23/2/15 but no umbrellas. Phoned on 23/2/15 waited for 10+ minutes @ £0.05 per min! On the 20th Dec 2014 I placed an order with them for £57.95 and recieved a despatch note. 2nd Jan 2015 phoned to ask about my order, was told it was being despatched. 5 times I have been told this so I contacted Trading Standards and the Advertising Authority I have today recieved my parcel 63 days after ordering it. Same problems. No joke any Longer. Cancelled all orders Yesterday. Got same items from E.bay cheaper and despatched same day or today. Tracked delivery tomorrow. Give this company zero rating. Dont use them.

“Ignore everything they tell you..”

Do not order anything from this 'shambles' of a company. Completely ignore what the website says regarding delivery or the state of your order- they must employ a top quality fiction writer for this.. My order placed about 21st January is still not here today- 12th February - but yes - guess what - they have taken my money! I have never come across an online business as bad as this one. They give assurances based on what you might like to hear, rather than on any fact. After waiting for a month for 5 items, I asked for the order to be cancelled if it hadn't been despatched already. Check with bank.They may not have taken money out, Only do so on despatch. Banks disputes dept can investigate and retrieve money on grounds non delivery after 15 days. value for money zero. Same itemscheaper on E.bay next day fully tracked delivery. Orders confirmed by immediate E.mails and on despatch of goods.

Thanks for comments. After several emails went unanswered I told them to cancel the order with threat of compl
aint to Trading Standards if no response after 7 days.
After 7 days with again, no response, I checked that no payment had been collected and then my Easy-Life account; it showed that the order had been removed from my order history!
I have not received any communications from them during this entire shambles.
Management is to blame for nonexistent customer service. :-(

They take your cash, but do not send the goods. Countless emails, letters. No reply. The "help & support" line is useless. Website says hours 8am -9 p.m weekdays. RUBBISH! It is closed at 5.30! With these bad reviews, why are they allowed to continue trading?? Admittedly I should have read these reviews before ordering and I would not have bothered. AVOID this company at all costs!! Echoing my thought 100%. Wish I had seen all these reviews before ordering . Never again ! It's a headache to order with this company . My order came nearly five weeks after the initial order . Customer service never replies ... Some joke . They don't even bother replying to your queries on the web sight or even the email . When My order finally did come it was so late . I had ordered these things to send as presents abroad with my husband but when the parcel finally did arrive he had already flown. After all that frustration and head butting with trying to communicate with easy-life I was still one item short on the list which I had been charged for . Also despite saying No , you keep getting calls from them to introduce you to other companies and receive their trial items . I don't understand why the news papers keep advertising this company . Complete disaster ! You are better off without their innovative products it's simply not worth the headache !!

Ordered from this joke of a company 0n 02/11/14 was informed the item required would not be sent out until 05/12/14.Still waiting the money wasted on phone calls is crazy 10 to 15 minutes each time before I end up putting the phone down.Two e-mails sent to so called customer services, both ignored.
