Ordered a Talking Watch for my mother who is partially sighted but it didn't talk when she received it, so called to get the returns number and swiftly sent the item back by first class post. I know now that I should have sent it recorded delivery as they say they didn't receive the return and no way they could send a replacement until they do. Recently purchased a pair off insoles "BOGOF" only one pair turned up so emailed and got an answer in minutes.First pair arrived in 3 days so hoping free pair will arrive in same time.Haven't purchased from this company before but on first impressions they seem ok,time will tell. (read more)

I ordered a watch from this outfit. The item was unsatisfactory. The battery was exhausted and even after buying a new one, it still didn't work. I returned the watch recorded delivery over 2 months ago. Stll no refund. They don't answer emails and fob you off if you phone and do manage to get through. So upset, I cannot write about it. The boots I ordered were too small, even though I had bought a size bigger than normal. I rang customer services and I listened to a recorded message telling me I was being put through. 10 minutes (at premium rate) later someone finally answered the phone but the girl didn't seem to understand me and every question/answer had to go through her supervisor. I purchased the Easy Life Mattress Stain Remover and used it to remove the slight residue from two pet stains, as indicated on the product description. The product made no improvement that was perceptible. And it took four weeks for the product to arrive, and to add insult to injury they took my money through my credit card immediately. I ordered from this crowd in Nov and still waiting......................yet they have cashed my cheque before christmas for '122.Suggest you AVOID them like the plague. A disgraceful service.... Have also emailed them but also very hard to get a response from them. Plenty more of similar type Companies who give a prompt service like Amazon who I will use in future. (read more)

Ordered 2 items from this company a while ago. 1 item arrived broken and second item didn't arrive at all yet payment was taken for both at time of purchase. Eventually got my refund, after numerous (premium rate!) phone calls and threats of contacting trading standards. First and last purchase with this company, they are absolutely useless and their customer service is abysmal. Not one of the operators I spoke to seemed to have any modicum of common sense, nor could they make any sort of decision without a supervisor "ringing me back"...which they never did. Never ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered a pair of snow boots for me to go to iceland at xmas time.. they said delivery would be 20th dec ..but i told them that was the day I was going away .. they pulled the stoppers out and i received them on the 18th .. and the boots were just as I had ordered ..So I can only speak as I find.
