Ordered goods and in stock goods given delivery by 16th September, no delivery turned up, emailed asking where goods were and got no reply. Telephoned and got automated reply saying due to warehouse updating system please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting customer services. Other goods ordered due by 22nd September so obviously not going to happen and 30th November. Wish i had read reveiws and I would definately not have ordeed from here… Read Full Review

“Mattress cleaner 'Wonderful'”

I had a new mattress delivered today. One of my cats who had the runs ran all over it. It was marked in about ten places with horrible poo. I wanted to cry. Then I remembered my mattress cleaner bought from you. I can honestly say there is not a trace of a stain om the mattress. Fantastic product. “Absolute Poor inefficient service ”

I ordered a garden trolley on july 7th and had to request a refund at the end of August which I have received, this being the only bit of efficiency that I encountered with this company.To make contact with easy life by phone is a no go and the chance of being faded out and the line going dead truly exists, the immediate line managers are never available, always at meetings, return calls from them do not materialize, the excuses used always blame others such as "the courier must have mislaid… Read Full Review

“Easylife certainly don't make life easy”

Ordered 2 stepladders from Easylife by phone. Was told at time of ordering there would be no assembly. On receipt of goods found that side rails have to be screwed in but not only that the bolts were missing. Phoned Easylife and was told that the courier would collect between 01:pm to 06:00pm. I ordered some pet stairs on the 2nd August as a gift and their email confirmation said delivery would be 5-8 working days. When this didn't happen I called up on 12th August but after waiting 15mins to get through queue I emailed instead. I ordered something and when it eventually arrived, it was wrong. It has been impossible to contact them. They don't answer the phone and their website contact form doesn't seem to work. They are clearly not interested in providing any kind of service. AI and considering a smalls claim court to get them to refund my money. It's free if you win.
I only wish I could score them zero.

I ordered a black box camera for my car and having waited three times the listed delivery time it arrived minus a part and batteries that would not fit in the battery spacing. “This is a dishonest company”

I have found this company the worst I have ever dealt with, the agent on the customer service and help phone lines do nothing but lie to get you off the phone. “Far from an easy life dealing with this company”

Please please please do not use this company . The very name easy life sends me into a melt down . If you are prepaired to wait in day after day on a promise your goods will be delivered, or sit on the phone waiting in a queue of 50 callers only to be fobbed of and told there are know managers to talk too available , or wait for a call back that never comes , or indeed ask for any information at all regarding your order . Cust services blamed Yodel saying they damaged goods, scratched apparantly, quite hard to scratch a fabric seat cover I think. anyway asked for refund, told to refuse delivery, not had delivery so basically lost the £50......plus 7p a minute trying to get item delivered.... How are these people allowed to trade? They don't stick to what they say on the catalogue, take the money and don't send goods. If you cancel the order it takes weeks to get your money back. I then get a phone call about joining a rewards club which gives me super discounts, but I have to pay the £2.95 postage for the book. “Very cunning business plan”

They keep sending the wrong item and then make a fortune on the phone calls to customer service on an 084 number. The best one was when I waited in the phone queue for 30 minutes until I got to number one and then was cut off. Customer services are incompetent and emails are unanswered. Easylife?
