How are these people allowed to trade? They don't stick to what they say on the catalogue, take the money and don't send goods. If you cancel the order it takes weeks to get your money back. Just the worst catalogue company I have come across! If you ring to find out where your order is, you wait on the line listening to music as they make 7p a minute and then cut you off. Bought an ear cleaner for £19.98, item arrived and was what I had ordered. I then get a phone call about joining a rewards club which gives me super discounts, but I have to pay the £2.95 postage for the book. However no book arrives and I find that Easylife have taken out the £2.95, plus £79.97 from my debit card which I used to pay for the ear cleaner. “Very cunning business plan”

They keep sending the wrong item and then make a fortune on the phone calls to customer service on an 084 number. The best one was when I waited in the phone queue for 30 minutes until I got to number one and then was cut off. Customer services are incompetent and emails are unanswered. Easylife? Ordered an UMBRELLA ... RECEIVED an EASYREACH CLEANING STICK!!! I tried ringing for a Returns Authorisation Code several times and told repeatedly I'm 25th, or thereabouts, in the queue! “False Advertising”

EasyLife advertise a clock with hands that can be read in the dark. That is not true. I ordered one clock and got one free. Neither clock met the advertised standards. I complained, and in fairness, two more clocks were sent. These two were equally unsuitable. The arrogant CEO refuses to respond, and the toothless Advertising Standards Authority won't take action. On delivery found one item missing from the delivery and after five phone calls which were a complete and utter waste of time I wrote to the CEO and again my complaint was ignored. I have used this company twice. The first time I was told my order had been sent but was delayed apparently due to them changing their courier service. After many emails and phone calls,4 weeks later I was then told item was out of stock! I cancelled order and was given a refund. Naively I thought this couldn't happen again so placed a new order and paid £9.99 for an express delivery which should have arrived the next day. It took 6 days to arrive. Shocking company! Do not use ever! Ordered sandals x2 one arrived and was buy one get one free phones 6 xs ordered in august now octobre still not recieved and waoiting on refund?? I am suffering the same experience. Sandals never arrived so cancelled. Two 2 for 1 items only 1 of each delivered and in all four phone calls made about this one order.

The order was placed in August! It is now mid October. My last telephone conversation when I was assured I was speaking to a supervisor promised the missing items would be delivered the following week, that was about five weeks ago and nothing! And I would receive £5 reimbursement towards my telephone calls - still waiting. Two emails have been ignored. I will contact Trading Standards as I informed in my last email

I am only thankful we didn't book a holiday through them and will never buy from them again.

“Shocking customer service”

Things sometimes go wrong. How you correct the error is a good measure of customer service. Easylife in my experience have had 5 opportunities to sort out my duplicated order and payment issues. “Lottery Leaflet. BE WARNED”

Received Easylife catalogue in post. Included was a leaflet from "One World Network" offering me free entry to an Irish Lottery syndicate, with 50 chances to win a share of nearly 16 million pounds. “Unscrupulous in dealing with vulnerable people”

My very eldery relative received "free gift pack" through the door. I noticed they quoted that it cost him £2.99 and if he did not cancel it would be an annual fee of £69.99. Received an auto response saying they were receiving a lot of emails so it would take up to 3 days to respond (attached a £5 gift voucher for use with a future Easylife purchase - I don't think so!!).
