“Snow Boots”

I purchased two pairs of these boots (different sizes) believing their Advertisement that they were water resistant. They leak like sieves - both pairs. No good for damp grass or snow if you want dry feet Worse still the customer service has been extremely confusing with different Members of Easy Life staff giving different information and requirements. Terrible Service and Management.
Having dispute the accuracy of the Wording on Company's Advertisement stating that the Snow Boots were 'water resistant' I was promised that a senior manger would phone me . That was 7 days ago and still no phone call.
With service like this and a management who cant be bothered who would purchase items from
Easy Life group NOT RECOMMENDED

Avoid using this company. I placed an order as they offer 5day delivery if item in stock , 7 days if not in stock. My order was placed , payment taken by the company on 7th January. “Broken Promises”

Two items ordered in November 2016 paid in full, both items were 'in stock'. One arrived okay, other arrived end of JANUARY 2017. After 4 emails and 2 telephone calls enquiring item's whereabouts, I was told eventually it would not arrive until March 2017! “NOT A GOOD COMPANY”

Ordered a burgandy backrest cushion and snow boots for my dad 28/11/16, snow boots arrived 18/12/16 with receipt stating both products delivered. Rang Easylife and told to ignore receipt as cushion not sent but in stock so should be with me before xmas. By New Year no delivery but receive email saying cushion in depot and too late for me to change or cancel order but a bit confused as had not asked to. I wish I'd seen this before ordering!
EASYLIFE have taken over £70 from my account in addition to the cost of the product I purchased but because I didn't notice within their 21 day terms, refuse to refund my account. Searching online since, I find numerous complaints about them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EASYLIFE.

I ordered a hearing aid for my grandmother on the 10th of October to be told it will be delivered mid November. I rang toward the end of November and the rude women on the phone informed me of the wharehouse issues and the delivery date is the 8th of December. Update - When the item I had ordered on the 16/11/2016 had not arrived by early January. I emailed the company.
Today (14/1/2017) I received a reply informing me the order had been cancelled on 5/12/16.
If I had been told that at the time I would have ordered the item elsewhere.
Terrible service. I would not touch this company with a bargepole.

“Dreadful Company”

Placed an order with Easylife. It arrived incomplete. That's when the company showed their true colours. Dreadful customer services, false promises, and it even took a few email exchanges just to get a refund. I'm luckier than other people I've read about, I did manage to eventually get a refund. “Cheap & Shoddy Products and Service”

Ordered goods and in stock goods given delivery by 16th September, no delivery turned up, emailed asking where goods were and got no reply. Telephoned and got automated reply saying due to warehouse updating system please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting customer services. “Absolute Poor inefficient service ”
