I ordered something online from them, but their system never finished processing so I never got a confirmation that the sale went through. I contacted them to ask if it did, and they said it didn't go through, and told me to re order it. This was several days after my email, and I had since bought it elsewhere. I emailed them I was not going to reorder, and over a month later, I get it in the mail. To send it back is over half the price of the product, so I emailed to ask if they were... (read more)

“Kobo ereader cover”

It is a beautiful cover. Not leather but feels like it. It is padded and so a great protection for the Kobo should it fall. I wanted a cover for my Kindle but was pretty shocked at the cost of an Amazon one. Shopped around a bit and found the perfect cover with closing clasp, light and carry strap at GearZap. It's not real leather but the quality's good and I'm delighted - even with delivery it was only half the price of the Amazon ones I'd been looking at. Delivery was prompt, too. Result! (read more)

I placed an order for an item out of sock but due any day, and still haven't had delivery 6 weeks later. Keep being put off with 'our supplier let us down' and 'expected any day now'. This site is amazing!!! Ordered at 5.45pm on the Friday and items arrived before 10am the NEXT DAY!!!! It was easy to order. Used Paypal Express to pay. I couldn't be more pleased with the service or the product. I knew the item was out of stock when I ordered it but Gearzap kept me up to date and I had the item in just over a week, pretty good for any item never mind one that is out of stock. The light is neat very portable and works just like I hoped it would and it's nice to get 2 spare batteries. Finally it works just as well on my husbands Sony reader as on my Kindle. I recommend Gearzap for their range of products, prices and speed of delivery. I have purchased from them a few times now and have always been pleased with the experience. Bought a Kindle 3 cover from gearzap.com just after christmas. They had a big range to choose from, from the reasonably cheap to up to some nice luxury ones. They don't sell the dirt cheap cases you can get on ebay for under £10, but I went for one of the fake leather ones which was around £15 all in, and I'm really please with it. The case is well made, and feels more expensive than it is which is nice. Delivery was also good too, it arrived the next day even though I only chose 1st class... (read more)

I bought the iPad keycase folio, after reading about it on a couple of review sites. It was out of stock for a while, so I waited before I ordered it. It was sent out on the day I placed my order and arrived the next day even though I had only chosen 1st class delivery.
