I was attracted by the low pre-order price. This was then increased a week before the release date of this phone (i had already been charged the original price). The new price was slightly lower than competitors so i stuck with them (and will be approaching trading standards). So i ordered a Z10 to be sent to Australia as we didnt have them here, it was the cheapest price. Days went by still no phone i emailed they said they needed all of this paperwork not just a receipt. Sent through rates notice to confirm then they needed more. So we sent them an angry email saying we would take legal action if havent recieved. It was faulty (not there fault) as these things happen. Then I received an email on 02/05/2013 from ULM saying that "This will ship tomorrow" - and then on the other day I received another one asking for extra documents, transaction ID, and other information - and then the "Item will then be released within 24hours". Thanks for writing this, I was about to pre-order a 500 pound nokia pureview 808 from them, but will avoid them now. All the 5 star reviews are from people who's orders went smooth, the true measure of a company is how they deal with things going wrong. I'll stick with customer-centric companies methinks...

Unfortunately I cannot give top marks because DPD were used for delivery and they are not efficient in my area. Paid for a next day delivery but it did not arrive as the driver is lazy and doesn't want to walk up the flight of stairs to our office. After complaining directly to DPD I got delivery one day late.
