I ordered two custom prints which were super easy to design and allowed me to be as creative as I wanted. It was great - the interface is user friendly as you can just click in colours (loved the font choices too), you can also add in lots of pictures (like clipart) and even choose if you want a glittery print. Clever design lab that generally handles uploaded photos well although sometimes it struggles to vectorise them. I looked for a site to design a tshirt for myself. I found that many sites featured something similar to what I wanted but were all lacking in some way. Streetshirts offered the best range of shirt styles, also you can design on the front or the back. I found the design frame work easy to use and an almost limitless range of lettering. I ordered several different t-shirts (unisex: the cheapest option) based on a similar design for a trip a few friends and I are taking this summer and was very impressed with the service I received. The t-shirts were easy to design on the website and they were delivered a few days later. The t-shirts themselves are relatively good quality and the printing was done to a very good standard. I ordered two mugs on 1st March. 3 weeks later they had not arrived and I checked my account to see their status…they had not even started to produce the order. This is a company that openly claims on their website "Our dispatch times are the best on the web". I contacted their customer support and asked them where my order is and how they substantiate the above claim. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. When I placed my order which was needed for an event, the dispatch and delivery was in time of the event. the next day they changed the dispatch date now the order will arrive after the event. They state on their next day dispatch I dont understand why they have to lie. Reason why I booked with them it was fast delivery. I found the design software on the website easy to use. Uploading your own graphics or photos and applying them to a garment is straightforward. The pencil and colouring tool allows creation of free-hand images. Placing the order was easy and I received the T-shirt two days later. In the meantime I received emails updating me on progress. Took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive after being told twice it had been dispatched. Eventually the phone wasn't answered at all. When it did arrive half the order was wrong, one piece was not completely printed at all and although ordering a set of red clothing - different shades of red arrived and a cheaper hoody was sent - not the style paid extra for. Bought Some t-shirts for my birthday. The sizes that i ordered actually fit compared to most other shops where the sizes are always too small. The quality in these tops are excellent and i am very happy with the product. Although the delivery was slower than advertised they did send a £10 gift voucher as an apology which was really great and unexpected. Order placed on the 15th of November. Supposedly dispatched on the 8th of December. 3rd of January and the order hasn't arrived. Royal Mail sorting office don't have it. I emailed and tried to call the support during opening hours and calls were not answered and emails were never answered either despite the website stating that they will answer to all email enquiries within 24 hours. Yes, one shirt never turned up over Xmas, probably down to the mail, but they have kindley offered to resend it, dispatch estimate 08/01 it hasn't come yet but expecting it early next week hopefully, so still happy with customer service, very good. The product quality is very good.

One T shirt did not arrive over the Xmas period and has still not shown up. Most likely down to the mail. I am pleased to say that Streetshirts have kindly offered to resend the order. Dispatch estimated for 08/01/13 today is the 10th not come yet but hope it comes early next week so still very pleased with customer service. The quality of thier products is very good. I would use them again.
