Good price on tickets but after that unable to contact them as the phone number went to the parent company who had no knowledge of the tickets or how to put me through to anyone who could help. Tried email and three weeks later I am still waiting for a reply. This is a classic bucket shop selling at.the lowest price because no after sales is offered so do not expect any help or advice and God help you if you make a mistake filling in the details.

We bought a ticket to Argentina, as we had already paid £ 1,600, after 5 days we still hant got the tickets. Each time as we we called what happened with the tickets, they said the are bought and will be we sent within, tomorrow, evening, for the nezt 10 minutes and so on, and after a week someone said that this ticket has NOT BEEN BOUGHT!, however, when we asked for a refund, history repeated, in two days, tomorrow, for the next hour, We never got back the the refund!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Continually ringing this company and emailing them for help, but each person either hung up on me or said they would ring back and did not. I spent nearly £4000 on a holiday and asked them to amend the date as one party could not travel but they have done nothing to assist me. Their service is absolutely awful and I would never use them again. Please be aware of this company who trade as holiday genie. Their customer service department show no care or follow up any concerns. They have fob me off for over four weeks now and I still have not had the matter resolved. I am having to take this further as they are so unhelpful.

Have been waiting for over 3 months for a refund and I have been told several times that they have requested a refund from my airline, rubbish, total lies Airline emailed and confirmed no such request has been made to them. Avoid at all cost they do not even reply to emails.

Booked a holiday and placed a deposit, once I rang bank to amend some of the details that's when the problems started. They kept disconnecting my calls. I tried to cancel my booking via calls and then emails and no response. I have taken the matter to my credit card company. Avoid this company!!!

If something goes wrong with your booking they just don't care!! Would not even respond to my e-mails!

Ive booked with this company on 2 occassions on both occassions weve had problems The reason why I rebooked with them again because they promised they would not make the same mistakes. I re booked in sept 2012 for 3 weeks at christams which cost £5200.00 the accomaodation was dirty the bedding had been slept in we had a dead ****** in the bed the house was running alive with ants. The pool was filthy we all got eye infections from it they charge for pool heating but it didnt work £550.00 We ended up vacating and staying at the holiday inn at our cost still it stopped us getting bitten. When you contact them they dont respond or you get a standard email fro customer services no name just regards HOLIDAY GENIE we are looking into your complaint. They use cheap letting agencies and run down homes and charge executive prices. All they are doing is blaming the agent AVALON vacation Villas. I told them we needed to be near kissimmee yes sure no problem its 10-20 min drive yea right it took a hour every day. Stay well away

Booked flights, had to make a change BEFORE the ticket was issued which as per thier T&C's can be done. My card was charged £200. My name wasn't on the flight list even though they'ed issued a ticket and I had to fight with the airline to be allowed on the plane. Three months later have still not got a refund even though I have it in writing that I would get one. No one answers emails and calls are hung up upon. Just google Holiday Genie / Flying Eagles and the amount of complaints is shocking.

I went online to book a flight and realised I needed sometime to make actual full payment. They were kind enough to reserve my flight with just a small deposit. This is a brilliant idea. Thanks a lot MAX, for your fabulous customer service! I will always recommend you to my friends and family!

I consider myself very lucky to have made my booking connection with Arun Kumar this morning! He is professional in his transaction manner and gave me all the necessary information for me to make my decision to book my flights through him. Maybe more importantly he has a fantastic sense of positiveness which gave me a sense of his caring and working on my behalf. Thank you hardly seems adequate.

Have used Flying Eagles twice and each time they have been efficient, delivered on their promises and matched the best prices I could find else where. I would recommend!

I had normally used anouther travel agency until a friend reccommed this agency. i had spoken to a costomer service advisor named Arun who was very very helpful, he had ensured that i recieved the best possible service. The only thing negative was the ticket was expensive, which is expected during peak season i will use this travel agency again. Hopefully it is during a cheaper season.

I have had a similar experience. I didn't get tickets for the flight I booked. I contacted them by phone and was told to put it in an email to them. which was ignored. I contacted ABTA who wrote to them. they said they had phoned me which was a lie, and now ABTA are saying that I have to take legal action against them if I want to pursue it. ABTA are toothless that's why they can get away. dont go near this outfit.
