As much as the price is cheap and a nice fancy looking website, I would stay well clear of these guys!! Don't even bother sending your phone here. I sent in my iphone 6 for repair of a broken screen. Other than the broken screen my work was in perfect working order. When my phone finally arrived back and well over due as promised, I found the screen was not new with scratches and now my phone not working at all. Will not charge, power up, nothing. Tried to contact them various times via phone calls, emails to discuss what happened to my phone as I was not happy. All in all I eventually got through to them and they requested I send the phone back for them to have a look. Sent it back as requested to be contacted a week later stating my phone has physical damage internally and not covered by their warranty. I explained they had fitted a 'new' screen to my phone and ever since it returned it did not work and they damaged it. After speaking to them for nearly 30 minutes and I found myself not getting anywhere with them. I asked for my phone to be returned and the screen repair to be refunded. 2 weeks later my phone finally arrives back but no refund! My experience with this company was terrible and would not recommend anyone to use them!! I will cost you more due to their incompetence.

“Incompetent, failed to deliver as advertised.”

Sent phone in as stated. called a week later to find out that they didn't have the screen in stock and that I was due in tomorrow, but they failed to inform me before I called them. Then they didn't get their delivery but didn't inform me. 4 days later they said they were posting it but didn't give me a tracking number or send an email to let me know. After calling on 3 consecutive days AppleIphonesrepairs.co.uk Gave me a tracking number but the phone had not left the company. On Wednesday 22nd July 2015 the adviser assured me that it would be sent out and that I would get a new tracking number when it goes out. However, I am still waiting for the email confirmation from mblueltd.co.uk which is the same company as appleiphonesrepairs.co.uk They do not have a complaints department and it seems like there is only on member of staff in at any one time. I don't think anyone should use this company, I just pray to God that it comes back working properly.

“Waste of time”

Sent my phone away to get replacement screen.waited a week no email,no reply,nothing,phoned them up to find they hadn't even looked at my phone and never had the part for it.asked to get my phone sent back,they said they would sent it that day and would receive my money back within a couple of days.i phoned back next day to see if they had despatched my phone and the guy who I spoke to never had a clue that I requested my phone to be sent back.his reply was the same,we will send it back today and your refund would take a couple of days.got the phone back the next day,phoned up again about my refund and was told they would do it at the end of the month.total joke

“Edinburgh's New Apple Store!”

I took my nearly new 6 month old iPhone 6 plus to this new Apple Store in Edinburgh to fix the cracked screen.. Got an appointment whithin a week of calling,left them the phone to be fixed over night. Now, here's the problem, I gave them the phone with a fully charged battery. And the following day when I picked it up the battery was completely drained! This is strange because a charge usually lasts 4 days or so and it hadn't even been 24 hours! Now my battery needs charged every day so they must have put an old battery back in! And charged me 99 pound for it! DO NOT TRUST THEM JUST BECAUSE ITS APPLE!!!!! I wish I'd just taken it to the cheap shops and got it done for 30 quid then I wouldn't of been ripped off and worse screwed over!!!!!!

“Disgusting”

I had send my blackberry for repair which they returned after 2 and half month unrepaired, charged me £45 and i had to chase them for 2 months to get the refund back. Horrible customer service and different story everytime you ring them. Total waste of time and money.

“Paid £56 and had iphone return with same fault-AVOID”

Placed and order for the repair of an iPhone 5 that had signal problems,sent the phone on the post , a few days latter received an email with a tracking number saying the phone was being returned to me. I decided to give me them a call to find out what the problem was and if it was fixed, much to my surprise the person on the phone told me that they couldn't repair the problem with my phone and therefore they would return it to me in the same state. I was a bit surprised but say that would be ok and that I would request a refund, only to be told that they weren't going to refund me since they tried the repair. I didn't pay for a repair attempt, if they couldn't repair it they shouldn't charge for it, they are rip off company and you should be avoided at all costs.

Sent my daughters brand new iphone 5 for cracked screen repair, was told repair would be 5 days, took them 3 weeks, and why was this? They swapped phones, now a few months later the phone they returned has been blocked and is useless,im going to claim on my bank insurance but whoever has my daughters phones IEMI will now see there phone switched off and i hope its one of the people who work for this company.

“Just plain terrible!”

Set me Iphone 5 to have the cracked screen replaced. They said I would have it back in 5 days, took them 11. When I did get the phone back, the screen had scratches on the inside and dust and had dark patches in the corner. I have since dropped my phone a second time, and decided to get a home repair kit off eBay. After receiving the kit, I discovered that one of the screw has been threaded by the poor workmanship of appleiphonerepairs.co.uk and now cant replace the screen my self!!?!?!?! Don't ever use this pathetic excuse of a company!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Sent my Lumia 920 WITH with payment. 3 weekS later no contact. I phoned them and they Said they were waiting for partS and would be repaired and Sent out that week. a further 3 weekS went by with no contact, phoned them and they apologiSed and Said they would return it aS they had, had it for too long without it been repaired,to which I Stated I only want it repaired but they would not do it. When I aSked if he could repair Nokia a lumia 920 he neither Said yeS or no, which makeS me believe they cannot, but do advertiSe So. I am Still awaiting my phone and refund. “ruined my Galaxy note 2 and cost me £210 more”

I recently cracked my screen on my galaxy note 2 phone, a £700 phone 24/4/13 this was only the outer glass that was broken everything else was working fine including the digitizer, i used this company M BLUE to get it fixed as I had no insurance on my phone this cost me £100 to get fixed and the cost of postage special delivery. they received my phone on the 26/4/13 for repairs. 20 odd days I received it back the 17/5/13 even though on their web site it says 3-5 days for repairs. I phoned and emailed them several times as they were taking so long to fix this, on the 16/5/13 I phoned them and told them to just send it back to me as I had waited so long. I was told by them that they had not carried out any work yet so I said fine send it back. they offered me a £30 refund even though they had done nothing. 17/5/13 I opened the delivery to find that my phone no longer had cracked glass it had been replaced very badly as there were bubbles under the new glass, hair and dust also the digitizer had been broken which means I cant use the touch screen on my phone with my fingers and can just about get some of the screen to work with the s-pen , when I phoned them to complain they said they would give me £70 back. but said they had returned it in the condition that I sent it too them in which is false as I have witnesses to my broken glass. ( I guess the postman has magical powers).. to get my phone working properly again I now have to get a new digitizer and lcd and glass that is going to cost £210, I feel that they have lied, deceived me and kept my money for no work and now have cost me more money to get it fixed. for this I feel that they should pay for my phone to be fixed. I will not send it back to them even thought they say their work has 3 months guarantee as who knows what they will do to it.. DO NOT USE EVER I hope they get shut down as there are so many bad reviews about them also if you look hard enough you can find their home address one one of the forums

Sent my iphone 4 to these on a wednesday to have the screen replaced, waited and waited in... eventually gave up on the following tuesday and rung up (5th working day) to be told it hadnt been looked at. Rung up again late wednesday afternoon to be told it had been repaired but they couldnt test it... Friday i recieved it back and found that it needed reactivating! after a days worth of phonecalls to apple as it wouldnt do a thing I took it to a local repair shop and was told the MOTHERBOARD is damaged! So i now have an iphone with not only a shoddy job done on the screen but completely broke! a cheap fix has turned out to cost me an additional £80! Thank god i have insurance!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS

“Cheap but extremely bad”

I had my iPad screen repaired. My iPad was returned damaged. When I complained they denied they had done this - but the kind of damage could not have have been caused in transit. My iPad then developed (next day) a fault known as "ghost typing" which is random key strokes without the device being used. I would not risk using this company. My iPad cost me £559. Please spend a little more money and use a reputable company. This company should be shut down. It's badly run and the customer service is atrocious. “Simply Bad!”

Hi Sent my phone (HTC Desire) for diagnostic (£25) - they said it was water damage (which was a shock in itself!) and would be fixed for a further £60, which I duly paid. Phone was returned to me but with no repair/exactly the same problem - sent it straight back after calling them (at my cost) - then chased it daily for over two weeks AFTER the 5 days they say to allow. Promised many call backs - never got one. Finally they said it was unrepairable and would refund money tomorrow (only the £60 which is fair enough) and send the phone back by recorded delivery. At this point I was miffed to say the least - as they had had it for SO long - but the best was yet to come. I went on ebay and purchased a secondhand desire on this basis. So today - Friday - no phone arrived - and no refund to my bank - ANOTHER CALL from me to be told, it MAY be fixable (they don't actually know) and they have not refunded the sixty pounds! On the basis of their info on Wednesday I purchased a new secondhand phone, so am now skint as a result. Service is poor. I can only speak of my repair and that has been a joke BUT Attitude to customers when they mess up is simply deplorable You can always judge how good a company is when things go wrong (and things do go wrong - I accept that), and this companies attitude and service is quite dreadful. Currently skint and mislead!

This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Few weeks ago I have sent my htc one x with broken screen..... I have been told that is going to take from 3 to 5 working days.....got it finaly back after over a month. screen was changed for some cheap stuff and was not working properly (not responding in some places and blinking), person on the phone told me that everythink was ok , buy they can check it again ... so I have send it back, after 2 weeks I have called them and they told me that I need to pay 12 pounds for the post becouse the phone is ok... so I paid (AGAIN!!!!) got the mobile... and is not working , I cannot use it I have lost 170 pounds for nothing ....... so please be aware of this company.

“DO NOT USE!!”

I would give them no stars but I had to in order to leave a review. I wish I had read the reviews before i sent this company my son's Nintendo DS Lite to be fixed. I duly paid the £29.99 upfront cost for a new card reader to be put in the device and posted it recorded. There were some loose prongs in the reader which I assumed were causing the problem not that this was ever confirmed or denied by M Blue Ltd. I recieved an email to say it had been recieved on Thursday August 2nd and it would take 3-5 working days to fix. A good start I thought. So I waited. On Friday 10th August I rang the company to find out where it was, they apologised that their service was taking longer than expected but it had been fixed and would be posted on Monday (13th).....I rang them again on wednesday 15th and was told they still had the device as the original card holder had not worked and that they were waiting on new stock to arrive but it would be sorted out in the next couple of days. I rang again on Friday 17th as I had still not recieved anything or heard from them and they do not update their order tracking service on the website, its very basic and I assume its main job is to stop you ringing them up and hassling them, i was told it had been posted again "according to their system". I rang the following Monday to find out where it was to be told it was still with their technicians, they couldn't explain why i was told twice that it had been posted. Another card reader was still to be fitted and it would be posted by the wednesday (22nd). It came back on wednesday 22nd with scribbled on masking tape all over the back but it did have a new card reader in it. There was dirt trapped under the screen at the front so clearly no attention to detail was paid by these "technicians" but my son was so desperate to have it back after 3 weeks I decided not to send it back again and resolved I would take it somewhere else to get this sorted. Today I have gone to put a game in the card reader and the device is rejecting it again, the game will not physically go in the slot, it pops straight back out as though the spring isn't working maybe. Judging from previous reviews and the unhelpfulness of the "customer service" department so far (although i am visualising a couple of fellas sat in the shed in the back garden with a couple of screwdrivers and a hammer and the Mrs bringing them a fresh brew when required) i am presuming that complaining will result in me being told this malfunction is down to something I or my son has done and so demanding a refund will prove futile (no one else seems to have got one and I now understand why they demand an upfront payment before even finding out that is wrong with it) and I will put this little episode down to a lesson learnt and hope that my review will deter anyone else from wasting their time and money. It doesnt take a genius to set up a website and an 0845 number to make it look like they are running a reputable company. Avoid!!
