I recently cracked my screen on my galaxy note 2 phone, a £700 phone 24/4/13 this was only the outer glass that was broken everything else was working fine including the digitizer, i used this company M BLUE to get it fixed as I had no insurance on my phone this cost me £100 to get fixed and the cost of postage special delivery. they received my phone on the 26/4/13 for repairs. 20 odd days I received it back the 17/5/13 even though on their web site it says 3-5 days for repairs. I had my iPad screen repaired. My iPad was returned damaged. When I complained they denied they had done this - but the kind of damage could not have have been caused in transit. My iPad then developed (next day) a fault known as "ghost typing" which is random key strokes without the device being used. I would not risk using this company. My iPad cost me £559. Hi Sent my phone (HTC Desire) for diagnostic (£25) - they said it was water damage (which was a shock in itself!) and would be fixed for a further £60, which I duly paid. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Few weeks ago I have sent my htc one x with broken screen..... I would give them no stars but I had to in order to leave a review. I wish I had read the reviews before i sent this company my son's Nintendo DS Lite to be fixed. My sensation screen replacement took over 3 weeks when it was claimed it would take 3 days or maybe even 24 hours. They clearly just didn't have the part in stock. Missed loads of important work through not having a phone. customer service was appaling on the phone and via email. no refund offered. phone is even damaged by them levering out the screen! i think this is amateur company pretending to be professional. Guys, read the reviews (not here, but do a google search), my 2 day repair took more than 4 weeks and the comms were ZERO. My water damaged ipod came back in a worse state that it was sent with new scratches and dirt on screen and LCD! you can find a better service for cheaper if you look a little further. (read more)

I sent my Iphone 4S for repair screen and sim card reader. After 3 weeks of keeping the phone they eventually gave up and couldn't carry out the repair. They stated it was a parts issue, strangely when I did get back my phone after 3 weeks I sent it to another company who repaired it in 2 days perfectly. Sent my iphone in for a screen replacement. When it finally came back after 8 days the wifi signal was was weak unles right in front of my router. Not sure if people who have wrote negative reviews are talking about the same people. They done a great job of replacing my screen, much cheaper than apple and super quick too. Can't fault them. I have a new blackberry water damaged phone, told would not take more than 5 working days to repair, 13working days later I am still ringing them and being told they need to spend more time on the Phone but they have cleaned it and dried it out, the phone was 2 days old and was dried out by me. Sent my ipod 4 in to Mblue to have a new screen fitted took them over a week to get back to me to insist I have a new back as well because of a tiny dent . When I finally got the ipod back 11 days later the docking port \charger wasd damaged so would not charge . After contacting them they said to send it back. I'm still waiting for my phone to be returned after 10 working days instead of the promised 2-3 working days. Have been promised to get it today, now they say it will be ready "next week"!!! I have used the service before and was very impressed, a different story this time. I sent my iphone off by special delivery, receipt was acknowledged two days later. Six working days after they received the phone I am still waiting, I have e-mailed to chase but have had no response. I sent my Ipod to MBlue to have the head jack replaced which i was told would take 2-3 working days. After 5 days I contacted them to find out what was happening and was told they were waiting on a part. Fast forward another 10 days and still no ipod. This was apparently a very easy way to get my daughter's blackberry repaired efficiently and quickly. M Blue promised a turn around of 2-3 working days but it took 10 days to receive the phone back. I recently dropped my HTC desire and smashed the screen, posted it to M blue on Monday afternoon, received an email at 1.30 on Tuesday to say they had received it, another email at 4.30 to say it had been repaired and posted back to me.
