“Only a toilet brush!!!”

Ordered a Smedbo toilet brush from Pipe Scenes on 15 December 2012 via Amazon and paid for express delivery (quoted as 1-2 days). Still haven't had it although I've been charged for it. Pipe Scenes say the first one has been lost and they have sent for another from Sweden but I notice that the item is advertised on this site with no mention of any supply difficulty. Please Pipe Scenes, either deliver the item or give me my money back - I object to paying £80+ express postage for a product... (read more)

Trying to find a replacement for a toilet flush system, having struggled with a broken one for 2 years, I found what I thought was a replacement on Pipescenes. After speaking to one of their staff they brought up the item from the wharehouse to give me an accurate description and dimensions of the item. I ordered over the phone at 4 pm missing the post that day and it arrived just 2 days later post free. Well done !! (read more)

Hate using internet sales but felt re-assured from the minute I entered my details. Got an immediate email confirming my order. Had been looking for a Siamp Storm 33A toilet flush button in most retail stores and without luck. None seemed to stock the fitting I required.
