This did not, in any way, mean compromising efficiency and the watch was delivered within a couple of days even though I chose standard delivery. The watch replaced one I broke. I bought a Radley watch with trademark dog etched on strap, or at least that was shown on the photo. watch arrived without etching I contacted company by phone and was told it was a previous model, if I didn't like it I could return it and get a refund. All i wanted was the missing link. I object to paying the same price for old model and not receiving something I ordered.
