“outstanding staff in the best music shop ever!”

We had our first visit to red dog today looking for a starter pa but with very little technical knowledge! Immediately we were welcomed by friendly staff and delivered into the hands of the pa expert! His name was David and although he has only been there a week he clearly knew what he was talking about and while advising us he at no point made us feel pressured to buy any particular model he just gave us the facts. I purchased a Vox AC30C2 from the Red Dog crew and they could not have been more helpful to a Uni student. All I wanted was the Vox AC30 and so after a few pay cheques I decided to pay the shop a visit, first I looked at the Vox AC30VR because it was cheaper, but after a good conversation with one of the employees I learned that it was a mere modelling amp. I ordered a new microphone from Red Dog Music AFTER 5pm yesterday, and got it first thing this morning. I live in London and the store is in Scotland. For no delivery charge? Totally awesome, right? I spoke with two Red Dog Music staff yesterday whilst finding out about stock and pricing for two B stock SE4 microphones. Having completed the order online, I am delighted that the package arrived less than 24 hours after the order was placed, and that the stereo mic bar that had been discussed on the phone but that I couldn't find on the website had been included in the order with no charge. I purchased a Roland Street Cube from Red Dog Music. I called them up to order it (I wanted to check the colour) and they pointed out that the one I wanted had actually been on display and therefore reduced the price. Service and delivery was superb.
