The touch screen in very unresponsive and loads slowly. When the menu is selected and you tap too soon, the phone will select the wrong icon. The screen is especially unresponsive while pressing accept while accepting a call. I usually end up having to call back the person who is calling me. The address book frequently fails to load, and you have to reselect it to open. While looking through the address book, it is too easy to delete a contact while you are trying to contact them. I would not recommend this phone; it is annoying and not worth the hassle. . I wish I knew the poor responses from this phone before I bought it, I would have bought a different phone.
