Initally I was very happy with fastvoip for its cheap rates and ease of use. Now recently for the past two weeks i cant make any calls or send sms.
I can make the test call but i cant make any actual calls.
I contacted the support, they advised me to use another client with their settings. That didnt help at all. I tried a lot of clients with fastvoip and still no success. I havent received any replies so far after this from their support.

To be honest I wanted to use Powervoip because the rates to french mobile are lower with Powervoip...but they didn't accept my credit card (first time that it happens!!). So I have chosen Fastvoip and it works very well! 5 ct/min to french mobile...(17 with skype...the difference is huge!!). (read more)

Have been really impressed with the service from FastVoip. Unlike Betamax they actually reply to support issues and this they do promptly. Rates/costs are good and also are transparent, this is a good thing as many voip providers are sometimes underhanded when it comes to hidden costs.
Voice quality and connection are better than Betamax and on a par with Skype. These guys also gave me 10 Euro's free credit when I had an issue.
Wholeheartly recommend FastVoip.

I guess it happened only to you ! So far none of us are happy with this service.very bad call quality and no response from them if we explain them our problem,,no sound, no way you could call from mobile phone with internet connection,,Please do not get cheated by this people.Like a child they never reply if they can not do anything ,un professionals

You must be a Fast Voip employee. Theirs is the worst VOIP service I have ever used. The issues reported earlier is all the service I get. They are cheats and I now consider my 10 13 pounds to have gone down the drain. Better stick to a reputed service provider than IDIOT VOIP oops Fast VOIP.
