The most unprofessional company I have encountered in years of internet purchases - I only wish I had the option on no stars. Supplied 63 sq. m of sub standard Kahrs "Oak" floor. A number of tradesmen viewed the flooring and agreed that it was a combination of hard and soft wood, so clearly not Oak and therefore defective. “No Delivery ”

Ordered on monday for delivery wednesday, 20 mins later get a phone call (was in the shower) so i returned their call. Was told all was in stock except 1 box of a different item to which i replyed if dont have just take it off the order. Wednesday come girlfiend stayed in all day as it was her day off nothing, called them today (thursday) to see where my order is and they are apparently waiting for me to contact them about it. Didn't turn up on the day arranged. When I called up customer services bizarre flippancy about them not turning up, and me loosing a day's work. The conversation left me fuming. Goods arrived damaged didn't bother calling customer services just decided to write a review. Needed more laminate and went to Builder Depot - brilliance. (read more)

Website said in stock and available for delivery in three days. Ordered on Friday, phone call from Flooring Supplies to say delivery OK for Wednesday. Booked the fitter then received a phone call on Monday to say not in stock and no longer made. These things happen but was also told it could take 28 days to return my money and would I email them to confirm the order was no longer needed. 14 September 2011 Very bad quality Floors Let's start with the positive, the website is very user friendly and the price on the website is very good. Moreover, the customer service is very efficient and there is always someone answering the phone or email. However, the quality of the flooring I ordered (Natura Brooklyn Engineered oak floor) is shocking. About 30% of the floorboards do not have a perfect square edge on them. ...of providing a delivery date for items that are not in stock? I ordered £1000 worth of engineered wood flooring, the website said they could deliver in three days time. I receive a call the next day saying they would have to check stock and, oh dear, it won't be available for another month. If you want to order from here, and you need your floor in a hurry, then ask them in person. (read more)

“Great Oak Flooring”

I have to say i was a little nervous of ordering flooring online. But after talking to the sales team online I was re-assured and the order arrived as promised and looks perfect. Would definitely recommend these guys flooringsupplies.co.uk and the Oak Brooklyn as a good, affordable product. “Terrible Customer Service.”

Ordered laminate flooring online, they kept me informed with my order through emails and a phone call, and it was delivered quickly at 7.30am a couple of days later- nothing to complain about here. However, I realised I may need an extra pack because the laminate was very thin (Wellington Oak) and there were concerns that it could be damaged when cut to fit the room. They were very helpful when taking my order. A delivery date was confirmed and I had my joiner and his team lined up to lay the floors on the day of arrival, but THE FLOOR DIDN'T ARRIVE. When I contacted them, they said that the date had changed by a month (why didn't they let me know???). I spoke to the managing director who offered me a different floor with a shorter lead time, but it was completely the wrong colour. This is the first time I have bought a large purchase over the internet, I phoned a few times and found the people I spoke to helpful. I learnt the difference between solid wood and engineered, and found solid wood suited my situation. I did some research online about flooring companies and these had the floor I liked best. Overall I am happy with the floor and it looks great now its fitted. (read more)

I can't fault the order process or delivery but the product they have sent me is warped and useless. The Sales manger maintains that if I stick it down and put a toolbox on it that it would be fine. Laughable and ultimately completely ridiculous. Buy elsewhere as clearly they have no consideration for customer service (read more)
