I purchased a runner from Stair Rods Direct. The parcel arrived promptly. Unfortunately the runner that arrived was not the one ordered. Rang company and they accepted their fault but NO APOLOGY and now have to wait several weeks to get the right one and have to go through the faff of returning the wrong one.

I purchased the Country Twist satin brass stair rods (side fitting). I have to say they are just terrific. Cut exactly to the measurements I supplied. Extremely well packed and delivered quickly. As a DIY person I found them easy to fit. They have made my newly carpeted stairs and landing look great, the perfect finish giving the touch of class I've been looking for. Highly recommended.
