Delivery was excellent. A named date and time and the delivery chaps phoned me on my mobile as I was slightly delayed home. I ordered a garlando F-20 football table from homeleisuredirect and it arrived with major damage to one corner. I emailed and phoned the company as soon as I unpacked it at home but because I hadn't inspected it immediately on delivery (it was delivered to my workplace) they pointed to their small-print which tries to absolve them from all responsibility for damaged goods if not noticed on delivery. As with any item we deliver we inform customers clearly to check over the goods before they sign for them, it is not hidden in lengthy terms and conditions or small print but explicitly mentioned on the email confirmation you will receive as well as on the delivery note which you would sign on delivery day.
Several days later we we're informed that the table was damaged by you after you had transported it to another address. We investigated your claim and then offered to collect the goods and offer you a full refund, even though the damage could have been caused when you transported it yourself.
I strongly believe our company is very passionate about customer service and providing a positive shopping experience both online and in our showrooms, so it saddens me to read such a negative review when I believe we have done everything in our power to assist you with this problem.

I got a phonecall regarding delivery within 24 hours and the actual delivery was within the week. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the quality of the table tennis table. I have spoken to my colleague who you spoke to regarding the scoreboard and he was just trying to explain that there is no need for a scoreboard when you play pool as typically there are less frames than when you play snooker. I'm sorry if there was any confusion here. You can just keep score using a simple tally method.
As a company we pride ourselves in our non-pushy sales approach. We like to advise customers and give them all the information they need to make an informed choice.

As a rule, I don't buy second hand goods, but the price was very attractive and Roger assured me that it had been re-covered and was in very good condition. In order for the balls to glow there must be an overhead black light or UV light installed as they are ultra violet and will not simply glow in the dark without the correct lighting. Please make sure this is the case as I would not want you to be disappointed on Christmas day.

“Peradon Cue”

I wanted a good pool cue and I looked at a few different ones. I then searched for Peradon cues and homeleisuredirect came up, offering the best prices, which was the main reason I ordered from them. The cue arrived after 2 working days, was really well wrapped (there was very little chance it could be damaged), and I am very happy with it. So, a good service and a good price in my experience. New pool table ordered and delivered very satisfactorily, and speedily, the table looks great and seems to be an excellent model. Only criticism is having to spend £99 on assembly option when all this really accounted for was 15 mins screwing on the legs which I could have done myself! (read more)

“Butterfly Easifold Outdoor Table Tennis Table”

Great quality, 10 minutes to assemble from new, it stores away in the garage perfeclty.
