By their own admissions their service was 'appalling'. We ended up in the Indian High Commission on a Friday night with thier service manager. ......but we still did not get our visa's so had to cancel our trip as we were due to fly the next day! Yes, they admitted liability and refunded our holiday cost but it still left a very nasty taste in my mouth. This time we used Visa Genie! Worth every penny and visa back in 8 days! (read more)

Any disatisfaction with the lack of service from this company should be reported to OISC which is a government department that regulates immigration advice. Complaints Form is available at www.oisc.gov.org

i got a marriage visa from them. they didnot deliver on the service. they never spoke to me, swore down the phone when i wanted a refund and cried for days. Its time to take action.

Very poor communication, very slow to return calls and demonstrate little understanding of the visa business. I wish I'd never used them to obtain my india visa. In the end I had to go to the visa application office myself and missed flights and partof my holiday. I would recommend you avoid this company. If you live near a major city you will get on better doing the job yourself in person. (read more)
